In Fig. 1 ist schematisch in Seitenansicht ein Anlegtisch 1 mit einem Bogen 2 und einem Folgebogen
3 dargestellt. In ihrer Position am Anlegtisch 1 ist eine aus Vordermarke 4 und
Deckmarke 5 bestehende Anlegmarke 6 gezeigt, während die gestrichelte Darstellung die
Position der Anlegmarke 6 unterhalb des Anlegtisches wiedergibt. Am Anlegtisch 1 ist weiterhin
ein Greifer 7 einer Schwinganlage 8 dargestellt. Der Schwinganlage 8 ist eine Greifer
10 aufweisende Übergabetrommel 9 nachgeordnet, die im Lagerpunkt 19 gelagert ist. Konzentrisch
zum Lagerpunkt 19 sind unterhalb der Übergabetrommel 9 ortsfest und starr Bogenleitelemente
11 angeordnet.
Den Bogenleitelementen 11 ist eine Bogenleiteinrichtung 13 zugeordnet, die sich unterhalb
der von den Spitzen 7.1 der Greifer 7 auf ihrem Weg zwischen dem Anlegtisch 1 und der
Übergabetrommel 9 beschriebenen Bahn erstreckt und etwa bis zum Anlegtisch 1 reicht.
Die Bogenleiteinrichtung 13 besteht aus über die max. Bogenbreite verteilt angeordneten
Bogenleitzungen 20, die drehfest mit einer parallel zur Übergabetrommel 9 vorgesehenen
Welle 14 verbunden sind, die in einem Lagerpunkt 12 drehbar angeordnet ist und mittels
eines drehfest auf der Welle 14 geklemmten Rollenhebels 15 über eine Rolle 18 und eine
Zugfeder 16 in Wirkverbindung mit einer Kurvenscheibe 17 gehalten wird. Durch die Kurvenscheibe
17 kann über die Rolle 18 und den Rollenhebel 15 die Welle 14 geschwenkt und
damit die Bogenleitzungen 20 der Bogenleiteinrichtung 13 in eine Lage bewegt werden, in
der die Oberseite der Bogenleiteinrichtung 13 über der durch die Greiferspitzen 7.1 der
Greifer 7 bei der Bewegung zur Übergabetrommel 9 beschriebenen Bahn und über den in
der Position am Anlegtisch 1 befindlichen Deckmarken 5 verläuft (gestrichelte Darstellung in

In Figur 2 ist insbesondere die Anordnung der Bogenleitzungen 20 auf der Welle 14 gezeigt.
Auf der Welle 14 sind beidseitig einer Maschinenmitte 21 eine erste Hülse 22 und eine
zweite Hülse 23 vorgesehen, die mit der Welle 14 drehfest aber in axialer Richtung verschiebbar
verbunden sind. Auf den Hülsen 22; 23 sind die Bogenleitzungen 20 z.B. mittels
einer Klemmverbindung verdrehfest angeordnet. Mit der Welle 14 ist weiterhin biegesteif ein
Lagerstück 24 verbunden, in dem ein doppelt wirksames Stellelemente 25 fixiert ist. Das
Stellelemente 25 greift über ein erstes Stellglied 26 an einem ersten Stellhebel 28, der mit
der ersten Hülse 22 verbunden ist, an. Weiterhin greift das Stellelemente 25 über ein zweites
Stellglied 27 an einem zweiten Stellhebel 29 an, der mit der zweiten Hülse 23 verbunden ist.
Durch Betätigen des Stellelements 25 können die Hülsen 22; 23 über das erste Stellglied 26
und den ersten Stellhebel 28 bzw. über das zweite Stellglied 27 und den zweiten Stellhebel
29 von der Maschinenmitte 21 zu den Seiten oder zurück zur Maschinenmitte 21 verschoben
werden.
Der Bogen 2 und der Folgebogen 3 werden von einem nicht dargestellten Bändertisch gegen
die in der Position am Anlegtisch 1 befindlichen Anlegmarken 6 gefördert, von den Deckmarken
5 gefangen und an den Vordermarken 4 nach der Vorderkante ausgerichtet.
Nach dem Erfassen des Bogens 2 durch die Greifer 7 der Schwinganlage 8 werden die Anlegmarken
6 in eine Position unter dem Anlegtisch 1 geschwenkt (gestrichelte Darstellung in
Fig. 1) und der Bogen 2 zur Übergabetrommel 9 transportiert. Während dieser Zeit, der abziehende
Bogen wird noch auf dem Anlegtisch 1 geführt, werden die Anlegmarken 6 zum
Anlegtisch 1 zum Ausrichten des Folgebogens 3 zurückgeschwenkt, wobei gleichzeitig die
Welle 14 im Lagerpunkt 12 verdreht wird, so dass die Bogenleitzungen 20 der Bogenleiteinrichtung
13 in eine solche Lage gebracht werden, dass die der Unterseite der Bogen zugewandte
Fläche der Bogenleiteinrichtung 13 mindestens gerade noch über der durch die Bewegung
der Greiferspitzen 7.1 beschriebenen Bahn und im Bereich der Anlegmarken 6 über
der oberen Seite der Deckmarken 5 liegt. Dadurch wird eine Berührung und damit Beschädigung
der Unterseite des abziehenden Bogens 1 durch die in ihre Position am Anlegtisch 1
schwingenden Anlegmarken 6 ausgeschlossen. Nach Übergabe des Bogens 1 an die Greifer
10 schwingen die Schwinganlage 8 und damit die Greifer 7 zur Übernahme des Folgebogens
2 zurück zum Anlegtisch 1, wobei eine Berührung der Unterseite des abziehenden Bogens 1
durch die Greiferspitzen 7.1 aufgrund der noch über der Bahn der Greiferspitzen 7.1 positionierten
Bogenleitzungen 20 der Bogenleiteinrichtung 13 ebenfalls vermieden wird. Nachdem
das Ende des abziehenden Bogens 2 den Bereich der Bogenleiteinrichtung 13 verlassen hat,
wird diese in ihre Lage unterhalb der Bahn der Greiferspitzen 7.1 geschwenkt und der Folgebogen
3 zur Übergabetrommel 9 transportiert.
Aufgrund der innerhalb eines Formatbereiches anfallenden unterschiedlichen Bogenbreiten
ist es möglich, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, dass die Bogenrandbereiche die Bogenleitzungen 20
gerade berühren oder geringfügig auf diesen aufliegen, was zu Verspannungen der Bogen
und damit zur Makulaturbildung führt. Um das zu vermeiden, werden die Hülsen 22; 23 durch
das Stellelement 25 zur Maschinenmitte 21 hin verschoben, bis die mit den Bogenrandbereichen
