Abstract

Wärmetauscheranordnung (1), mit einem Wärmetauschergehäuse (3) mit einem Zulauf (13) und einem Ablauf (15) für ein zu kühlendes korrosives Fluid, einem an das Wärmetauschergehäuse (3) angefügten Kühlkopf (7) mit einem Zulauf (21) und einem Ablauf (23) für ein Kühl-Fluid und einer das Wärmetauschergehäuse (3) vom Kühlkopf (7) trennenden Trägerplatte (9), in der eine Vielzahl von im Wärmetauschergehäusebereich (3) außen emaillierten Wärmetauscherrohren (11) jeweils in einer Durchgangsbohrung (9a) der Trägerplatte (9) mittels einer auf der Kühlkopf-Seite aufgeschraubten Überwurfmutter (33) befestigt ist, wobei auf die nicht-emaillierte Trägerplatte (9) auf der Wärmetauschergehäuse-Seite eine Abdeckplatte (31) aus einem temperaturbeständigen und chemisch resistenten Kunststoff mit einer der Trägerplatte (9) entsprechenden Durchgangsbohrungs-Anordnung aufgelegt ist und im Kontaktbereich zwischen der Abdeckplatte (31) und den Wärmetauscherrohren (11) selbstnachstellende Anpreß-/Abdichtmittel (39, 41) zur Abdichtung gegen das zu kühlende Fluid vorgesehen sind.
