Description

L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des emballages et conditionnement des sacs en papier.
Plus particulièrement l'invention concerne le transport, le stockage et la distribution de sacs à poignées, ladite poignée étant rigide ou plate à l'extérieur du sac. La mise en place de sacs en papier à poignée ayant une certaine rigidité ou étant plate dans des boites en carton parallélipédique est connue en soi. Le nombre déterminé de sacs est conditionné et rangé dans la boite. L'accès aux sacs s'effectue soit par l'ouverture et pivotement d'un couvercle, soit par détachement du couvercle par rapport au corps de l'emballage à l'aide d'une bande auto-détachante du type décrit dans le document FR 1 258 871 A. Selon cette mise en oeuvre les sacs sont correctement rangés dans les boites ; celles-ci peuvent être empilées, gerbées lors du transport en grande quantité.
Le problème posé par cette mise en oeuvre particulière réside dans l'identification visuelle du sac et de sa poignée. Il faut alors envisager une découpe particulière dans le flan de la boite et enlever systématiquement le couvercle pour vérifier la nature de la poignée. Cette dernière disposition présente une certaine contrainte car pour les acheteurs et les utilisateurs, les caractéristiques de la poignée ont une certaine importance. Le demandeur a lui-même développé des boites distributrices de sacs en papier avec poignée rigide laissant libre lesdites poignées. En pratique, de tels agencements s'avèrent peu pratiques car les poignées sont très vites détériorées. Le stockage et le gerbage des boites n'est pas toujours aisé.
Le but recherché selon l'invention était donc de remédier à ces inconvénients de l'art antérieur en recherchant un nouveau concept de boites distributrices et de rangement de sacs en papier, avec une poignée rigide ou plate qui permette à la fois un rangement et empilement des boites, une visualisation immédiate des poignées même lors de leur transport et du gerbage des boites sans risque de détérioration des poignées qui leur sont associées.
Un autre but recherché selon l'invention, était de concevoir une boite distributrice pratique à manipuler par tout intervenant, à tous les stades de manipulation, de stockage et d'utilisation en phases ultimes. Ces buts et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
Selon une première caractéristique de l'invention, la boite distributrice pour sacs à papier à poignée rigide ou plate à l'extérieur du sac du type comporte un corps parallélipédique de rangement et de stockage du sac à papier et un couvercle relié audit corps par une bande détachable, ledit couvercle étant agencé avec des moyens sous forme de panneaux à plusieurs pans rabattables disposés de part et d'autre d'une pluralité de poignées de sacs adjacents, rangées dans le corps de boite et dans les zones libres situées de part et d'autre desdites poignées, ces moyens sous forme de panneaux étant pliés de manière à constituer des blocs de centrage, de calage et de maintien d'une poignée, et de calage en hauteur des sacs, en constituant également des pans d'appui horizontaux pour l'empilage et gerbage des boites entre elles, lesdits blocs étant conformés avec une rigidité pour assurer la tenue des poignées de sacs papiers.
Des caractéristiques préférentielles de l'invention sont décrites dans les revendications dépendentes 2 à 7.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustrée d'une manière non limitative aux figues des dessins où :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une boite distributrice de sacs papiers à poignée selon l'art antérieur.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'une boite distributrice selon l'invention.
  • La figure 3 est une vue en perspective de la boite distributrice lors de l'enlèvement du couvercle par rapport au corps de boite.
  • La figure 4 est une vue à grande échelle dudit couvercle en position dépliée de ses panneaux supérieurs.
  • La figure 5 est une vue en coupe transversale suivant la ligne 5-5 de la figure 2.
  • La figure 6 est une vue en coupe longitudinale selon la ligne 6-6 de la figure 2.
Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention , on le décrit maintenant sous une forme non limitative de réalisation illustrée aux figures des dessins.
La boite distributrice est référencée dans son ensemble par (1) et est réalisée en tout matériau offrant une certaine tenue et rigidité tel que carton. Cette boite distributrice est de volume parallélipidédique et permet le rangement de sacs (2) avec poignée (2a). Les poignées (2a) ont une configuration en U, en étant tressées et ayant en elles-mêmes une certaine tenue à la verticale sans s'affaisser, ou étant plates à l'extérieur du sac. Ainsi, de part et d'autre des poignées des sacs sont déterminées des zones supérieures (2b) (2c) au droit de l'extrémité supérieure d'ouverture desdits sacs.
La boite distributrice comprend un corps (1a) de grand volume pour le rangement des sacs et un couvercle (1b) de protection relié audit corps par une bande détachable (1c). Ainsi cette bande détachable présente des lignes de prédécoupe (1d, le) permettant la séparation du couvercle du corps de boites après traction et déchirement.
Selon l'invention, le couvercle est aménagé de manière originale avec des moyens sous forme de panneaux à plusieurs pans repliables et rabattables et disposés de part et d'autre d'une pluralité de poignées de sacs (2) adjacents et consécutifs. Ces moyens s'intègrent à des zones (2b) (2c) situées de part et d'autre desdites poignées à partir du plan supérieur (PS) d'ouverture des sacs (2). Les moyens à plusieurs pans constituent un positionnement et réglage des pans des blocs de centrage, de calage et de maintien des poignées, et le calage en hauteur des sacs, en constituant également des pans d'appui horizontaux pour l'empilage et le gerbage des boites entre elles.
Plus particulièrement, le premier moyen est établi en étant dans le prolongement de chacun des petits cotés (1f-1g) de la boite soit deux moyens avec trois pans (3a, 3b, 3c) consécutifs. Le pan (3a) est adjacent au petit coté par une ligne de pliage. Sa surface correspond à la zone libre (2.b, 2.c) disposées de part et d'autres des poignées de sacs. Le pan (3b) est consécutif au plan (3a) par une ligne de pliage et il vient en contact contre le brin (2a1) en regard de la poignée (2a). Il contribue à la stabilité des poignées. Le pan (3c) est consécutif au pan (3b) et forme retour ; il vient en appui sur le chant supérieur du sac. Le pan (3a) présente dans sa partie médiane longitudinale une fente (3a1) de grande longueur située dans l'axe du plan des poignées (2a)
Le second moyen est établi en étant dans le prolongement de chaque zone libre (2.b-2.c) à partir des grands côtés (1m-1n) Il y a donc 4 moyens qui se présentent avec deux pans (4a) (4b) consécutifs. Chaque pan (4a) est consécutif au grand côté par une lige de pliage et vient recouvrir partiellement le pan (3a) par demi-partie. Le pan (4b) se prolonge à partir du pan (4a) et est destiné à s'insérer dans la fente (3a1) formée sur le pan (3a) pour venir à la verticale de l'espace (2.b-2.c)
La mise en place des moyens leur enchevêtrement permet de rigidifier la liaison obtenue en constituant deux faces d'appui solides permettant le gerbage de plusieurs boites. En outre, le partie supérieure (2a2) des poignées se situe au plus dans le plan des pans (3a - 4a) sans débordement de sorte que lesdites poignées sont parfaitement profilées.
La boite distributrice selon l'invention offre ainsi de nombreux avantages. Elle garantit la protection des sacs et leur poignée en cas de transport, de stockage. Elle permet de visualiser les poignées et donc le type de celle-ci ce qui est important pour les acheteurs. En outre, le transport d'une boite distributrice est aisée, puisque dans ce cas, il peut positionner la main et une partie de l'avant bras si nécessaire dans la bande des poignées pour soulever la boite.
Un autre avantage réside dans le fait que les sacs sont eux-mêmes parfaitement tenus dans la boite de part les moyens qui agissent à la fois, en appui contre les bandes des poignées et la partie supérieure des sacs.
Pour faciliter le gerbage et l'empilement des boites distributrices des languettes (1p) peuvent être agencées en débordement partiel de la face supérieure à partir des petits côtés (1a-1b).
A titre complémentaire une ou des ouvertures sont réalisées sur la face de la boite permettant de visualiser le rouleau et le graphisme du sac papier.

Claims (7)

  1. Boite distributrice pour sacs à papier à poignée rigide ou plate à l'extérieur du sac du type comprenant un corps (1a) parallélipédique de rangement et de stockage du sac à papier et un couvercle (1b) relié audit corps par une bande (1c) détachable, caractérisée en ce que ledit couvercle est agencé avec des moyens sous forme de panneaux à plusieurs pans rabattables disposés de part et d'autre d'une pluralité de poignées (2a) de sacs (2) adjacents, rangés dans le corps de boite et dans les zones libres (2b-2c) situées de part et d'autre desdites poignées, ces moyens (3-4) sous forme de panneaux étant pliés de manière à constituer des blocs de centrage, de calage et de maintien des poignées, et de calage en hauteur des sacs, en constituant également des pans d'appui horizontaux pour l'empilage et gerbage des boites entre elles, lesdits blocs étant conformés avec une rigidité pour assurer la tenue des poignées de sacs papiers.
  2. Boite distributrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier moyen est établi en étant dans le prolongement de chacun des petits cotés (1f-1g) de la boite soit deux moyens avec trois pans (3a, 3b, 3c) consécutifs.
  3. Boite distributrice selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que e pan (3a) est adjacent au petit coté par une ligne de pliage, sa surface correspondant à la zone libre (2.b, 2.c) disposées de part et d'autres des poignées de sacs et en ce que le pan (3b) est consécutif au plan (3a) par une ligne de pliage et il vient en contact contre le brin (2a1) en regard de la poignée (2a). contribuant à la stabilité des poignées,
    et en ce que le pan (3c) est consécutif au pan (3b) et forme retour ; en venant en appui sur le chant supérieur du sac.
  4. Boite distributrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3 caractérisée en ce que le pan (3a) présente dans sa partie médiane longitudinale une fente (3a1) de grande longueur située dans l'axe du plan des poignées (2a)
  5. Boite distributrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4 caractérisée en ce que le second moyen est établi en étant dans le prolongement de chaque zone libre (2.b-2.c) à partir des grands côtés (1m-1n).
    et en ce que chaque pan (4a) est consécutif au grand côté par une lige de pliage et vient recouvrir partiellement le pan (3a) par demi-partie.
    et en ce que le pan (4b) se prolonge à partir du pan (4a) et est destiné à s'insérer dans la fente (3a1) formée sur le pan (3a) pour venir à la verticale de l'espace (2.b-2.c)
  6. Boite distributrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la mise en place des moyens, leur enchevêtrement permet de rigidifier la liaison obtenue en constituant deux faces d'appui solides permettant le gerbage de plusieurs boites.
  7. Boite distributrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie supérieure (2a2) des poignées se situe au plus dans le plan des pans (3a - 4a) sans débordement de sorte que lesdites poignées sont parfaitement profilées .
