Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kragen (13) für Klappschachteln mit runden, aufrechten Packungskanten, wobei der Kragen (13) entsprechend gerundete, durch Rillen (18) gebildete Kragenkanten (16, 17) aufweist und im Bereich derselben eine abstehende, durch C- oder U-förmige Stanzung (23) in einem rillenfreien Feld (24) gebildete Lasche (22) als Schließhilfe für einen Deckel (11) angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) der Kragen (13) wird von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (25) abgetrennt,b) die Materialbahn (25) oder die von dieser abgetrennten Kragen (13) werden mit zwei Gruppen von in Längsrichtung der Materialbahn (25) bzw. in Förderrichtung der Kragen (13) verlaufenden parallelen Rillen (18) versehen im Bereich der herzustellenden gerundeten Kragenkanten (16, 17),c) die mit Rillen (18) und Stanzung (23) bzw. Lasche (22) versehenen Kragen (13) werden in ein Formaggregat (28) gefördert zum Formen der gerundeten Kragenkanten (16, 17),d) zum Formen der Kragenkanten (16, 17) werden Kragen-Seitenlappen (20, 21) um eine gerundete Formfläche (43) geformt, und zwar ohne Verformung der Laschen (22).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Kragen (13) werden im Bereich eines Trennaggregats (26) von der Materialbahn (25) abgetrennt,b) im Bereich des Trennaggregats (26) werden zugleich die Stanzungen (23) zur Begrenzung der Lasche (22) entsprechend der packungsgemäßen Position angebracht,c) danach werden im Bereich eines Prägeaggregats (27) die in Förderrichtung der Kragen (13) verlaufenden Rillen (18) angebracht unter Aussparung des Feldes (24) im Bereich der Lasche (22).
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Kragen (13) für Klappschachteln mit runden aufrechten Packungskanten (14), wobei der Kragen (13) entsprechend gerundete, durch Rillen (18) gebildete Kragenkanten (16, 17) aufweist und im Bereich derselben eine abstehende, durch C- oder U-förmige Stanzung (23) in einem rillenfreien Feld (24) gebildete Lasche (22) als Schließhilfe für einen Deckel (11) angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) ein Trennaggregat (26) hindurch welches eine fortlaufende Materialbahn förderbar ist,b) ein Formaggregat (28) in das der mit Rillen (18) und Lasche (22) versehene Kragen (13) förderbar ist zur Formung der gerundeten Packungskanten (14) durch Herumfalten von Kragen-Seitenlappen (20, 21) um einen Formkörper (41) mit gerundeten Formflächen (43),c) Formwerkzeuge (44, 45) zum Ausformen der Kragenkanten (16, 17), nämlich Rollen (48, 49), weisen eine Ausnehmung im Bereich der Lasche (22) auf, nämlich eine ringsherum laufende Nut (50), in die die Lasche (22) ohne Verformung bei der Formbewegung der Rollen (48, 49) eintritt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) das aus Messerwalzen (29, 30) bestehende Trennaggregat (26) zum Herstellen der Kragen (13) durch quergerichtete Trennschnitte weist Stanzmesser (32) auf zum Anbringen den C-förmigen Stanzungen (23) zur Begrenzung der Laschen (22) an den Kragen (13),b) die im Bereich des Trennaggregats (26) hergestellten, mit C-förmigen Stanzungen (23) versehenen Kragen (13) sind durch ein an das Trennaggregat (26) anschließendes Prägeaggregat (27) hindurchförderbar zum Anbringen von in Längsrichtung der Materialbahn (25) bzw. in Förderrichtung des Kragens (13) verlaufenden Rillen (18),c) das Prägewerkzeug besteht aus zwei Prägewalzen (34, 35), die jeweils ringsherumlaufende Vorsprünge (36) und Vertiefungen (37) zum Herstellen der Rillen (18) aufweisen,d) die Prägewalzen (34, 35) weisen im Bereich der Laschen (22) ein von Rillen (18) freies Feld (24) auf.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Prägewalzen (34, 35) zum Anbringen von Rillen (18) an Kragen (13) oder an der Materialbahn (25) Vorsprünge (36) und Vertiefungen (37) aufweisen und dass eine der Prägewalzen (34, 35) im Bereich des herzustellenden Feldes (24) bzw. der Lasche (22) eine Ausnehmung (38) aufweist, in die die Lasche (22) während der Prägung des Kragens (13) eintritt oder in deren Bereich sich das freie Feld (24) befindet.
