Abstract

The facade component (50) is formed as a frame construction in post and beam format with heat-insulating properties, being composed of several vertical posts (3) with connected horizontal beams (1). The posts and beams limit fields, in at least a part of which panels (6) are arranged. The panels have an insulating layer (7), an inner limiting wall (10), which is fitted on the side of the insulating layer facing the building, together with an outer covering (9). Over the complete facade component runs an insulation (12) on the side of the panels facing the building. A rear wall (13) terminates the facade component on the side facing the building. The posts and/or the beams are of metal, the outer covering is of glass or metal and the rear wall is a plaster cardboard plate.
