Description
Der aus Hartkunststoff als Stülpdeckel ausgebildete Faßdeckel weist einen nach unten offenen U-förmigen Deckelrand mit einem äußeren und einem inneren ringförmigen Deckelsteg auf, in welchen die Dichtung eingesetzt ist. Innerhalb des U-förmigen Deckelrandes ist zwischen den beiden Deckelstegen ein weiterer rotationssymmetrisch umlaufender Dichtungssteg vorgesehen, der von der eingespritzten aufgeschäumten Polyurethan-Dichtung umschlossen wird. Die Dichtung liegt bei aufgesetztem Faßdeckel auf dem oberen,Mündungsrand der Faßkörperöffnung auf, der die Breite einer einfachen Faßwandstärke aufweist.
- der zusätzliche senkrechte Profilring am Faßkörper ist teilweise unterbrochen, um die durch ihn gebildete Nute entwässern zu können;
- der zusätzliche senkrechte Profilring am Faßkörper ist für einen besseren Halt des zusätzlichen senkrechten Deckel-Steges verlängert ausgebildet;
- der zusätzliche senkrechte Profilring am Faßkörper dichtet in Verbindung mit einer Dichtung im Faßdeckel den Bereich Faßdeckel/Faßbordur zusätzlich ab;
- die Anbindung der inneren Deckelscheibe auf der Innenseite des U-förmigen Deckelrandes ist in Höhe des unteren Randes des äußeren Deckelsteges oder tiefer darunterliegend ausgebildet;
- die Anbindung der inneren Deckelscheibe auf der Innenseite des U-förmigen Deckelrandes erfolgt über eine nach oben offene, im wesentlichen U-förmige Eingreifnut mit flachem Nutengrund, wobei die Höhenlage der inneren Deckelscheibe bzw. zumindest der Zentralbereich der Deckelscheibe etwa bündig in der Höhenebene des oberen Deckelrandes oder nach oben darüber überstehend ausgebildet ist.

Claims (17)
- Kunststoff-Deckelfaß (10) mit Faßkörper (12), Faßdeckel (14) und Spannring-Verschluß (16), wobeider Faßkörper (12) am oberen Faßöffnungsrand (18) eine umlaufende Dichtleiste (24) aufweist,der Faßdeckel (14) einen nach unten weisenden U-förmigen Deckelrand (20) mit einem äußeren ringförmigen Deckelsteg (26) und einem inneren ringförmigen Deckelsteg (28) aufweist, in welchen eine Dichtung (22) eingesetzt ist,der Spannring-Verschluß (16) einen im wesentlichen trapezförmigen, nach innen offenen Querschnitt aufweist und im Verschlußzustand mit seinem oberen Schenkel den U-förmigen Deckelrand von oben übergreift und mit seinem unteren Schenkel einen im wesentlichen horizontal bzw. leicht schrag nach unten verlaufend eingeformten unteren Faßkörperrand im Nahbereich der oberen Faßöffnung untergreift und die in den Faßdeckelrand eingesetzte Dichtung gegen die Dichtleiste am oberen Faßöffnungsrand preßt,und wobei der Faßdeckel (14) innerhalb des U-förmigen Deckelrandes (20) einen weiteren rotationssymmetrisch umlaufenden Dichtungssteg (36) aufweist,die Dichtung (22) zwischen dem äußeren ringförmigen Deckelsteg (26) und dem weiteren Dichtungssteg (36) angeordnet ist, während zwischen dem weiteren Dichtungssteg (36) und dem inneren ringförmigen Deckelsteg (28) ein nach unten offener ringförmiger Freiraum (38) ausgebildet ist, wobei der weitere Dichtungssteg (36) und der innere Dichtungssteg (28) voneinander beabstandet und nur über eine obere Anbindung (40) miteinander verbunden sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Anbindung der inneren Deckelscheibe (42) auf der Innenseite des U-förmigen Deckelrandes (20) in Höhe des unteren Randes des äußeren Deckelsteges (26) oder tieferliegend darunter ausgebildet ist, und wobei der obere Faßöffnungsrand (18) innenseitig zusätzlich zu der umlaufenden Dichtleiste (24) und von dieser beabstandet einen senkrecht hochstehenden Profilring (48) aufweist, der bei aufgesetztem Faßdeckel (14) im Verschlußzustand in den ringförmigen Freiraum (38) zwischen dem Dichtungssteg (36) und dem inneren ringförmigen Deckelsteg (28) hineingreift.
- Kunststoff-Deckelfaß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf der Deckelunterseite, sich an den inneren ringförmigen Deckelsteg (28) des Deckelrandes (20) anschließend, ein in Umfangsrichtung umlaufendes und - in Querschnittsrichtung betrachtet - in sich geschlossenes Verstärkungselement (54) angeordnet ist, das innen hohl oder ausgeschäumt ausgebildet ist. - Deckelfaß nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verstärkungselement (54) durch Aufschweißen eines vorgefertigten, separaten ringförmigen Kunststoffteiles (56) innen hohl, aber in sich geschlossen ausgebildet ist. (Fig. 3, 9) - Deckelfaß nach Anspruch 1,2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbindung der inneren Deckelscheibe (42) auf der Innenseite des U-förmigen Deckelrandes (20) über eine nach oben offene, im wesentlichen U-förmige Eingreifnut (44) mit flachem oder schrägem Nutengrund (46) erfolgt, wobei die Höhenlage der inneren Deckelscheibe (42) bzw. zumindest der Zentralbereich der Deckelscheibe (42) etwa bündig in der Höhenebene des oberen Deckelrandes (20) oder nach oben darüber überstehend ausgebildet ist. (Fig. 4) - Deckelfaß nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der hochstehende Profilring (48) lediglich segmentweise, d. h. unterbrochen ausgebildet ist, oder als umlaufender Profilring (48) mit wenigstens einer durch dessen Wurzelbereich verlaufenden Bohrung (50) versehen ist. (Fig. 6, 5) - Deckelfaß nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen dem hochstehenden Profilring (48) und dem Dichtungssteg (36) innenseitig am oberen Faßöffnungsrand (18) eine umlaufende Haltenut (52) ausgebildet ist, in welche der Dichtungssteg (36) des Faßdeckels (14) eingreift. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der hochstehende Profilring (48) den Dichtungssteg (36) im Verschlußzustand des aufgesetzten und mit Spannring (16) verschlossenen Faßdeckels (14) - in Axialrichtung betrachtet - um wenigstens 5 mm überlappt. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in dem Freiraum (38) zwischen dem Dichtungssteg (36) und dem inneren ringförmigen Deckelsteg (28) eine weitere (zweite) umlaufende Deckeldichtung (58) eingesetzt ist, die im Verschlußzustand des Faßdeckels (14) gegen den oberen Rand des hochstehenden umlaufenden Profilringes (48) die Verbindung Faßöffnungsrand/Faßdeckelrand zusätzlich abdichtet. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbindung (40) des inneren Deckelsteges (28) am oberen Deckelrand (20) oberhalb des Freiraumes (38) weitgehend flexibel elastisch z. B. mit einer Einformung (nach Art eines Scharnieres) ausgebildet ist. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
innerhalb der inneren Deckelscheibe (42) wenigstens ein seitlicher Spundverschluß (60) angeordnet ist. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
innerhalb der inneren Deckelscheibe (42) ein zentraler Spundverschluß ausgebildet ist. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anlagefläche für den unteren Schenkel (32) des Spannringes (18) dadurch verbreitert ist, daß der Mantelflansch (34) eine im wesentlichen um wenigstens 3 mm nach außen vorstehende Flanschrandverlängerung (62) aufweist. (Fig. 5) - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
bei Stapelbelastung im Verschlußzustand der äußere Deckelsteg (26) auf der Flanschrandverlängerung (62) und der Dichtungssteg (36) im Nutengrund der Haltenut (52) aufliegt, wobei in Axialrichtung betrachtet oberhalb der Dichtleiste (24) ein Spalt von wenigstens 2 mm für die Deckeldichtung (22) verbleibt, damit bei Stapelung derartiger Fässer keine Überbelastung der Deckeldichtung (22) erfolgt. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der innere ringförmige Deckelssteg (28) über die Anbindungsstelle der zentralen Deckelscheibe (42) bzw. den Nutengrund (46) der Eingreifnut (44) hinaus nach unten verlängert als axiales äußeres Innen-Ringteil (64) ausgebildet ist. (Fig. 5) - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf der Unterseite des Faßdeckels (14) in einem radialen Abstand von wenigstens 10 mm zum axialen äußeren Innen-Ringteil (64) ein zweites Innen-Ringteil (66) ausgebildet ist. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das axiale äußere Innen-Ringteil (64) um wenigstens 5 mm länger (bei aufgesetztem Faßdeckel nach innen in den Faßkörper hinein ragend) als das zweite Innen-Ringteil (66) ausgebildet ist. - Deckelfaß nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Spannring (16) eine sich an seinem unteren Schenkel (32) anschließende, im wesentlichen in Axialrichtung verlaufende, an der äußeren Faßwandung zur Anlage kommende Verlängerungsschürze (68) aufweist.
