Claims (8)

- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises, for the rotation of the two parts (2, 3), a system of toothed wheel work comprising two toothed wheels (10, 11) turning inversely one to the other so that in dosing movement forces exerted on the food to be taken compensate one another so preventing it from escaping.
- Apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that these parts (2, 3) are disposed in sockets forming part of the two tooted wheels (10,11) of the toothed wheel work, and are removable to permit their cleaning.
- Apparatus according to claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the toothed wheel work, the motor and step-down gear unit (8), and an electronic circuit (17) form a rigid ensemble (1) constituted about an axis (19) in the inner of the handle, this ensemble comprising a contact (18) held open by spring means (20) and closing by pressing the parts (2, 3) on a surface, e.g. of a plate, this contact controlling alternatively the approaching or separating movement of the parts.
