Claims (4)
- Fernbedienungsverfahren für Fahrzeuge, in dem mittels einer Identifizierungseinrichtung persönliche, individuelle Merkmale des Benutzers als Information über den Benutzer aufgenommen wird, und mittels eines Senders die von der Identifizierungseinrichtung aufgenommene Information über den Benutzer drahtlos an ein Fahrzeug übermittelt wird, wobei die Identifizierungseinrichtung und der Sender zu einer Baueinheit vereinigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Identifizierungseinrichtung aufgenommene Information im Fahrzeug mit gespeicherten Informationen des bzw. der berechtigten Benutzer verglichen wird,
wobei bei Übereinstimmung der zum Fahrzeug übertragenen Information mit den gespeicherten Informationen ein Freigabesignal wirksam geschaltet wird, und dass ein neuer Benutzer berechtigt wird, wenn seine persönlichen, individuellen Merkmale innerhalb einer vorgegebenen Zeitspanne im Anschluss daran aufgenommen und zum Fahrzeug übertragen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Berechtigung des neuen Benutzers eingeschränkt wird.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobeieine Identifizierungseinrichtung (7) vorgesehen ist, durch die persönliche, individuelle Merkmale des Benutzers als Information über den Benutzer aufgenommen werden, undein Sender (4) vorgesehen ist, der die von der Identifizierungseinrichtung aufgenommene Information drahtlos an ein Fahrzeug übermittelt,
und die Identifizierungseinrichtung und der Sender zu einer Baueinheit (4') vereinigt sind,die Identifizierungseinrichtung einen Fingerabdruck aufnimmt,eine im Fahrzeug angeordnete Vergleichseinrichtung, derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die von der Identifizierungseinrichtung aufgenommene Information mit in einem Speicher gespeicherten Informationen des bzw. der berechtigten Benutzer vergleicht, und bei Übereinstimmung der zum Fahrzeug übertragenen Information mit den gespeicherten Informationen ein Freigabesignal wirksam schaltet,
undder Speicher derart ausgestaltet ist, dass ein neuer Benutzer als berechtigt gespeichert wird, wenn seine persönlichen, individuellen Merkmale innerhalb einer vorgegebenen Zeitspanne im Anschluss daran aufgenommen und zum Fahrzeug übertragen werden. - Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobeieine Identifizierungseinrichtung (7) vorgesehen ist, durch die persönliche, individuelle Merkmale des Benutzers als Information über den Benutzer aufgenommen werden, undein Sender (4) vorgesehen ist, der die von der Identifizierungseinrichtung aufgenommene Information drahtlos an ein Fahrzeug übermittelt,die Identifizierungseinrichtung eine Stimmcharakteristik aufnimmt,eine im Fahrzeug angeordnete Vergleichseinrichtung, derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die von der Identifizierungseinrichtung aufgenommene Information mit in einem Speicher gespeicherten Informationen des bzw. der berechtigten Benutzer vergleicht, und bei Übereinstimmung der zum Fahrzeug übertragenen Information mit den gespeicherten Informationen ein Freigabesignal wirksam schaltet,der Speicher derart ausgestaltet ist, dass ein neuer Benutzer als berechtigt gespeichert wird, wenn seine persönlichen, individuellen Merkmale innerhalb einer vorgegebenen Zeitspanne im Anschluss daran aufgenommen und zum Fahrzeug übertragen werden.
