Claims (11)
- Zweikompönentenkartusche mit einer in zwei Kammern (4, 5; 4A, 5A) unterteilten Kartusche (1), einer auf die Kartusche (1) lösbar aufgesetzten Mischkanüle (9; 9A) und einem auf die Kartusche (1) lösbar aufgesetzten Einsatz (10; 10A), wobei die Kartusche (1) zwei halbmondförmige Austrittsöffnungen (7, 8; 7A, 8A) aufweist, die gebildet werden durch ein eine Trennwand (3; 3A) aufweisendes Röhrchen (2; 2A), wobei der Einsatz (10; 10A) dieses Röhrchen (2; 2A) übergreift und die Trennwand (3; 3A) und der Einsatz (10; 10A) über eine Nut-Federverbindung (12, 13; 12A, 13A) drehfest miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Einsatz (10; 10A) für jede Austrittsöffnung (7, 8, 7A, 8A) mindestens eine Durchtrittsöffnung (15, 16, 17, 18; 17A, 18A) mit einem ersten Ausgang (21 bzw. 22) und einem zweiten Ausgang (21A bzw. 22A) aufweist, und wobei der erste Ausgang (21 bzw. 22) der Durchtrittsöffnung für die eine Austrittsöffnung zwischen zwei Ausgängen (22, 22A bzw. 21, 21A) der Durchtrittsöffnung für die andere Anstrittsöffnung mündet.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut-Federverbindung (12, 13; 12A, 13A) durch eine Nut (12; 12A) an der Trennwand (3) und eine Feder am Einsatz (10) gebildet wird.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder durch einen Mittelsteg (13) des Einsatzes (10) gebildet wird.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (10) für jede Austrittsöffnung (7, 8) mehrere Durchtrittsöffnungen (15, 16, 17, 18) aufweist.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Teil der Durchtrittsöffnungen (17, 18) der Ausgang radial versetzt zum Eingang angeordnet ist.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in axialer Projektion gesehen der Ausgang einer Durchtrittsöffnung (17 bzw. 18), deren Eingang mit der einen Austrittsöffnung (7 bzw. 8) kommuniziert, in dem Bereich des Ausgangs der anderen Durchtrittsöffnung (18 bzw. 17) versetzt verläuft, deren Eingang mit der anderen Austrittsöffnung (8 bzw. 7) kommuniziert.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versatz durch eine in den jeweiligen Durchtrittskanal (17, 18) ragende, schräg zur Einsatzachse verlaufende Lippe (19) bewirkt wird.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lippenrand den Auslaß begrenzt.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei durch den Einsatz (10A) verlaufender Trennwand (13A) die ersten Ausgänge (21, 22) der Durchtrittsöffnungen (17A, 18A) in radialem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind und die radial außen liegenden zweiten Ausgänge (21A bzw. 22A) und die zugehörige Durchtrittsöffnung (17A bzw. 18A) aus einem in Umfangsrichtung des Einsatzes (10A) verlaufenden Kanal (23 bzw. 24) bestehen.
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgänge (21, 21A, 22, 22A) kreisabschnittförmig ausgebildet sind und der radial außen liegende Ausgang (21A bzw. 22A) sich über einen größeren Winkelbereich erstreckt als der radial innen liegende Ausgang (22 bzw. 21).
- Zweikomponentenkartusche nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (23, 24) und die radial außen liegenden Ausgänge (21A, 22A) von der Innenwand (25) des unteren Endes der Mischkanüle (9A) begrenzt werden.
