Abstract

The shower screen consists of a panel (8) surrounded by a frame (5) made from upright (6) and transverse (7) members. One frame upright is fitted with two sliders (9) which are able to move vertically in a slotted support (13) which is able to rotate about its vertical axis and is connected to an upright (16) fastened to a supporting surface such as a wall. La présente invention a pour objet un pare-douche destiné à équiper un bac tel qu'une baignoire. Pour permettre de prendre des douches dans une baignoire, sans éclabousser la pièce avec de l'eau, il est avantageux d'équiper d'un pare-douche qui va former un écran délimitant le volume situé au-dessus de la baignoire où une partie de ce volume, vis-à-vis du reste de la pièce. Il est connu de réaliser un pare-douche comportant au moins un volet constitué par un cadre réalisé en profilé et un panneau central, l'un des montants verticaux du cadre étant monté pivotant et coulissant verticalement pour permettre au volet d'occuper différentes positions et notamment une position basse en appui contre le bord du bac et une position relevée et pivotée par rapport à la précédente dans laquelle le panneau est, par exemple, plaqué contre un mur au-dessus de la robinetterie. Cette solution permet de dégager totalement l'accès au bac lorsque la baignoire n'est pas utilisée en douche. Ce mouvement permet également de faciliter les conditions de nettoyage du pare-douche. Un problème important à résoudre est celui de la réalisation des divers mouvements de coulissement et de rotation dans un volume compact, ainsi que celui du maintien du pare-douche tant en position basse quant position relevée.The present invention relates to a shower screen intended for equip a tank such as a bathtub.
