Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Reinhaltung der Rückzugfedern an einer Fachbildeeinrichtung für Webmaschinen innerhalb des Betriebes, deren in Litzen geführte Kettfäden zwischen einer Oberfachstellung und einer Unterfachstellung hin- und herbewegt werden, wobei für die jeweilige Rückstellung der Litzen in die Unterfachstellung an jeder Litze eine Zugfeder angreift, die an einem Niederzugboden oder an Niederzugstäben eines Niederzugrahmens befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zur Verhinderung von Staubniederschlag und Flusenbildung an den Rückzugfedern in diesen ein Luftströmungsdruck erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugfedern direkt oder indirekt an einen mit einer Druckluftquelle in Strömungsverbindung stehenden Druckluftkanal am Niederzugrahmen angeschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zugeführte Druckmedium dauernd mit gleichem Druckniveau angelegt und/oder, für den Ausgleich von Leckströmungen, eine Drucknachregelung vorgesehen wird.
- Fachbildeeinrichtung für Webmaschinen, deren in Litzen geführte Kettfäden zwischen einer Oberfachstellung und einer Unterfachstellung hin- und herbewegbar sind, wobei für die jeweilige Rückstellung der Litzen in die Unterfachstellung an jeder Litze eine Zugfeder angreift, die an einem Niederzugboden oder an Niederzugstäben eines Niederzugrahmens befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Zugfedern (9) direkt oder indirekt mit einem, mit einer Druckluftquelle verbindbaren Druckluftkanal (12) am Niederzugrahmen (11) in Strömungsverbindung stehen zur Erzeugung eines Luftströmungsdruckes in den Rückzugfedern zur Verhinderung von Staubniederschlag und Flusenbildung an diesen. - Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckluftkanal (12) am Niederzugrahmen (11) obenseitig vom, über Dichtungs- und Federmittel (13) am Niederzugrahmen (11) abgestützten Niederzugboden (10) begrenzt ist.
- Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein höhenverstellbarer Kanalboden (14) eine Druckänderung im Druckluftkanal (12) durch dessen Querschnittsveränderung bewirkt.
- Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugfedern (9) direkt oder indirekt strömungsdicht mit dem Niederzugboden (10) als Teil des Druckluftkanals (12) verbunden sind.
- Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugfedern (9) indirekt über am Niederzugboden (10) gesicherte rohrförmige Zwischenstücke (16) angeschlossen sind.
