Description
Claims (7)
- Hydraulische Antriebseinrichtung für ein Werkzeug zum Fügen mindestens zweier Werkstücke aus duktilem Material, miteinem Stempelantrieb (2) zum Betätigen eines Stempels (10) für den Fügevorgang, welcher Stempelantrieb (2) als Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Arbeitskammer (12, 14) ausgebildet ist, von denen die erste Arbeitskammer (12) zum Erzeugen der Fügekraft des Stempels (10) über einen ersten Anschluß (16) druckbeaufschlagbar ist und die zweite Arbeitskammer (14) zum Zurückstellen des Stempels (10) über einen zweiten Anschluß (18) druckbeaufschlagbar ist, undeinem Niederhalterantrieb (20) zum Betätigen eines die Werkstücke (A, B) während des Fügevorgangs einspannenden Niederhalters (30), welcher Niederhalterantrieb (20) als Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit mit einer Druckkammer (32) ausgebildet ist, die zum Erzeugen der Niederhaltekraft des Niederhalters (30) druckbeaufschlagbar ist,daß die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit des Niederhalterantriebes (20) von der Kolbenstange (8) des Stempelantriebes (2) getragen wird unddaß die Druckkammer (32) des Niederhalterantriebes (20) über eine Strömungsverbindung (34) mit der zweiten Arbeitskammer (14) des Stempelantriebes (2) verbunden ist, so daß zum Erzeugen der Niederhaltekraft Druck aus der zweiten Arbeitskammer (14) des Stempelantriebes (2) auf die Druckkammer (32) des Niederhalterantriebes (20) übertragen wird.
- Hydraulische Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschluß (18) der zweiten Arbeitskammer (14) des Stempelantriebes (2) über ein Druckbegrenzungsventil (40) mit einem Niederdruckbereich verbindbar ist, um über die Strömungsverbindung (34) den Druck in der Druckkammer (32) des Niederhalterantriebes (20) und dadurch die Niederhaltekraft zu begrenzen.
- Hydraulische Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (22) des Niederhalterantriebes (20) mit der Kolbenstange (8) des Stempelantriebes (2) fest verbunden ist und der Zylinder (24) des Niederhalterantriebes (20) auf der Kolbenstange (8) des Stempelantriebes (2) teleskopisch verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Hydraulische Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter (30) mit dem Zylinder (24) des Niederhalterantriebes (20) fest verbunden ist.
- Hydraulische Antriebseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsverbindung (34) aus einem in der Kolbenstange (8) des Stempelantriebes (2) längsverlaufenden Strömungskanal (36) und von diesem abgehenden, in die zweite Arbeitskammer (8) und die Druckkammer (32) mündenden Zweigkanälen (38, 40) besteht.
- Hydraulische Antriebseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (22) des Niederhalterantriebes (20) an der Kolbenstange (8) des Stempelantriebes (2) einstückig angeformt ist.
- Hydraulische Antriebseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser der Kolbenstange (8) des Stempelantriebes (2) im Bereich der zweiten Arbeitskammer nur geringfügig kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Zylinders (4) des Stempelantriebes (2) ist.
