Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren. zum Verriegeln eines Kraftfahrzeugs, bei dem eine Identifikationsvorrichtung am Fahrzeug installiert und mit einer zentralen Steuereinheit verbunden ist, welche Mittel zum Verriegeln/Entriegeln der Fahrzeugtüren steuern kann, wobei die Identifikationsvorrichtung über eine Entfernung Daten mit zumindest einem Identifizierer austauschen kann, der dazu bestimmt ist, von einem Benutzer mitgeführt zu werden, um die Verriegelung des Fahrzeugs dann zu gestatten, wenn der Identifizierer von der Identifikationsvorrichtung authentifiziert wurde, wobei das Verfahren darin besteht, dass:
    der zentralen Steuereinheit ein Verriegelungsanforderungssignal in Antwort auf ein Drücken des Benutzers auf ein Verriegelungsglied ausgegeben wird,
    in Antwort auf das Verriegelungsanforderungssignal ein Verriegelungssteuersignal ausgegeben wird, das von der Zentraleinheit zu den Verriegelungs-/Entriegelungsmitteln gesendet wird,
    in Antwort auf das Vernegelungssteuersignal die Fahrzeugtüren von den Verriegelungs-/Entriegelungsmitteln verriegelt werden,
    das eventuelle Vorhandensein eines Identifizierers im Fahrgastraum des Fahrzeugs mittels der Identifikationsvorrichtung erfasst wird,
    gegebenenfalls das Fahrzeug entriegelt wird und die Zentraleinheit in einen Verriegelungsbestätigungswartezustand gebracht wird, wenn ein authentischer Identifizierer als im Fahrgastraum vorhanden erfasst wird, und
       wenn die Zentraleinheit im Verriegelungsbetätigungswartezustand ist,
    der Zentraleineinheit ein Verriegelungsbestätigungssignal in Antwort auf ein Drücken des Benutzers auf ein Verriegelungsglied ausgegeben wird,
    in Antwort auf das Verriegelungsbestätigungssignal ein Verriegelungssteuersignal ausgegeben wird, das von der Zentraleinheit zu den Verrieglungs-/Entriegelungsmitteln gesendet wird,
    in Antwort auf das Verriegelungssteuersignal die Fahrzeugtüren erneut von den Verriegelungs-/Entriegelungsmitteln verriegelt werden,
    jeder zuvor als im Fahrgastraum vorhanden erfasste Identifizierer bezüglich des Zugangs und/oder des Startens des Fahrzeugs gehemmt wird,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, dass dann, wenn die Zentraleinheit in Erwartung einer Verriegelungsbestätigung ist, diese Erwartung aufgehoben wird, wenn eine Tür als offen erfasst wird, bevor der Benutzer erneut auf das Verriegelungsglied drückt, wenn keine Verriegelungsbestätigung am Ende einer vorgestimmten Zeitdauer erhalten wird oder wenn durch Einwirken auf ein spezielles, innerhalb des Fahrzeugs befindliches Glied eine Verriegelungsanforderung ausgelöst wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, durch Drücken des Benutzers auf ein äußeres Verriegelungsglied am Fahrzeug, beispielsweise eines Türaußengriffs oder eines äußeren Verriegelungsknopfs an der Tür oder in deren Nähe, ein Verriegelungsanforderungssignal auszugeben, wobei es mit dem Anforderungssignal zur Verriegelung durch das äußere Verriegelungsglied möglich ist, in der Zentraleinheit eine für eine Verriegelung durch das äußere Glied eigene Verriegelungssteuerabfolge einzuleiten, wobei die Abfolge darin besteht, vor Ausgeben des Verriegelungssteuersignals den Zustand der Fahrzeugtüren zu erfassen und die Abfolge zu unterbrechen, wenn zumindest eine Tür als offen erfasst wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abfolge zur Verrieglung durch das äußere Glied darin besteht, vor Ausgeben des Verriegelungssteuersignals das eventuelle Vorhandensein eines Identifizierers im Außenbereich in der Nähe des Fahrzeugs mittels der Identifikationsvorrichtung zu erfassen und die Abfolge zu unterbrechen, wenn kein berechtigter Identifizierer als im Außenbereich vorhanden erfasst wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die Verriegelung zu bestätigen, indem auf das äußere Verriegelungsglied am Fahrzeug gedrückt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, ein Verriegelungsanforderungssignal durch Drücken des Benutzers auf einen Knopf eines Fernbedienungsgehäuses auszugeben, das einen vom Benutzer mitgeführten Identifizierer umfasst, wobei das Anforderungssignal zur Verriegelung durch die Fernbedienung vom Identifizierer ausgegeben und von der Identifikationsvorrichtung des Fahrzeugs empfangen werden kann, um in der Zentraleinheit eine für eine Verriegelung durch die Fernbedienung eigene Verriegelungssteuerabfolge einzuleiten, wobei die Abfolge darin besteht, vor Erzeugen des Verriegelungssteuersignals die Abfolge zu unterbrechen, wenn der Sendeidentifizierer vom Zugang gehemmt ist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei im Fahrgastraum erfasstem, berechtigtem Identifizierer die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch die Fernbedienung darin besteht, sämtliche im Fahrgastraum als vorhanden erfasste Identifizierer vom Zugang zu hemmen, wenn der Sendeidentifizierer auch als im Fahrgastraum vorhanden erfasst wird, während die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch die Fernbedienung darin besteht, das Fahrzeug zu entriegeln und die Zentraleinheit in einen Verriegelungsbestätigungswartezustand zu bringen, wenn der Sendeidentifizierer nicht als im Fahrzeug vorhanden erfasst wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch die Fernbedienung nur dann einzuleiten, wenn die Zentraleinheit nicht in Erwartung einer Verriegelungsbestätigung ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, ein Verriegelungsanforderungssignal durch Drücken des Benutzers auf einen inneren Verriegelungsknopf im Fahrgastraum zu erzeugen, wobei das Anforderungssignal zur Verriegelung durch den Innenknopf in der Zentraleinheit eine für die Verriegelung durch den Innenknopf eigene Verriegelungssteuerabfolge einleiten kann, wobei die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch den Innenknopf darin besteht, vor Erzeugen des Verriegelungssteuersignals den Zustand der Türen zu erfassen, eine Verzögerung auszulösen und die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch den Innenknopf zu unterbrechen, wenn vor Ablauf der Verzögerung keine Tür als offen erfasst wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei als offen erfasster Vordertür die Verriegelungsabfolge darin besteht, erneut den Zustand der Türen zu erfassen und die Abfolge zu unterbrechen, wenn nicht vor Ablauf der Verzögerung alle Türen geschlossen werden.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn sämtliche Türen vor Ablauf der Verzögerung geschlossen werden, die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch den Innenknopf darin besteht, vor Erzeugen des Verriegelungssteuersignals das eventuelle Vorhandensein eines Identifizierers im Außenbereich in der Nähe des Fahrzeugs zu erfassen und die Abfolge zu unterbrechen, wenn kein berechtigter Identifizierer im Außenbereich erfasst wird.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn ein berechtigter Identifizierer im Außenbereich erfasst wird, die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch den Innenknopf darin besteht, durch die Zentraleinheit das Verriegelungssteuersignal zu erzeugen, eine Verzögerung auszulösen, den Zustand der Türen bei Ablauf der Verzögerung zu erfassen und den Benutzer zu warnen, wenn bei Ablauf der Verzögerung nicht alle Türen als verriegelt erfasst werden.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die Abfolge zur Verriegelung durch den Innenknopf nur dann einzuleiten, wenn die Zentraleinheit nicht in Erwartung einer Verriegelungsbestätigung ist.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, den Benutzer durch ein Licht- und/oder Tonsignal zu warnen, wenn die Zentraleinheit in den Verriegelungsbestätigungswartezustand gebracht wird.
