Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Entleeren von Müllbehältern in einen Sammelbehälter mit einer am Sammelbehälter angeordneten Hubeinrichtung mit einem Hubschlitten und mindestens einer an der Hubeinrichtung angeordneten Schwenkeinrichtung mit einem Schwenkarm, an dem ein Hubrahmen mit einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung zum Erfassen des Müllbehälters angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß am Schwenkarm (40a,b) eine Viergelenkführung (30a,b) mit einem oberen Lenker (31a,b) und einem unteren Lenker (32a,b) angeordnet ist, die den Hubrahmen (11) mit der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) trägt,daß der obere Lenker (31a,b) über seinen Anlenkpunkt (34a,b) zum Sammelbehälter (3) hin verlängert ist und einen Betätigungshebel (33a,b) bildet, zwischen dessen freien Ende und dem Hubschlitten (6) eine Zylinderkolbenanordnung (21) angelenkt ist, die beim vollständigen Einfahren die Aufnahmeeinrichtung gleichzeitig absenkt und vom Hubschlitten wegbewegt, unddaß sich bei Betätigung der Zylinderkolbenanordnung (21) dessen Anlenkpunkt (25) an der Viergelenkführung (30a,b) auf einem Kreisbogen (50) zwischen den beiden Anlenkpunkten (34a,b, 37a,b) der Viergelenkführung (30) am Schwenkarm (40a,b) bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der beiden Anlenkpunkte (34a,b, 37a,b) der Viergelenkführung (30a,b) am Schwenkarm (40a,b) größer ist als die Länge des Betätigungshebels (33a,b).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkolbenanordnung (21) für das Beischwenken der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) an den Hubschlitten (6) und für das Einschwenken der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) in die Einschüttöffnung (4, 4') des Sammelbehälters (3) angeordnet und ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlenkpunkt (41a,b) des Schwenkarms (40a,b) oberhalb des Anlenkpunktes (24a,b) der Zylinderkolbenanordnung (21) am Hubschlitten (6) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkolbenanordnung (21) einen einzigen Druckmittelzylinder aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Schwenkarme (40a,b) und zwei Viergelenkführungen (30a,b) in Doppelanordnung zwischen Hubrahmen (11) und Hubschlitten (6) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden oberen Lenker (31a,b) hinter ihrem Gelenkpunkt (34a,b) am jeweiligen Schwenkarm (40a,b) abgekröpft und an ihren Betätigungshebeln (33a,b) miteinander verbunden sind und
daß der Druckmittelmotor an der Verbindungsstelle der Betätigungshebel (33a,b) angelenkt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkolbenanordnung (21) mittels einer an ein Behältererkennungssystem angeschlossene Steuereinrichtung steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Hubrahmen (11) eine Ansaugvorrichtung (13) angeordnet ist.
