Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vehicle headlight with a lamp socket according to the preamble of
From EP 0 547 013 B1, a lamp holder for a motor vehicle headlight is known, which essentially consists of a holder into which a lamp is inserted or preassembled. The unit of holder and lamp has on the lamp side a bayonet flange with three radially arranged to a holder or lamp longitudinal axis bayonet lobes, which can be locked in a lamp neck of a reflector in corresponding recesses. The recesses are partially covered by the lamp socket of U-shaped holding parts of an annular retaining spring. When locked, the bayonet latches lock against the U-shaped retainers of the spring. A disadvantage of the known lampholder is that the spring must be mounted relatively costly with three screws on the lamp neck of the reflector. Another disadvantage is that the bayonet lobes are arranged on the lamp side and thus the lamp is not universally applicable to different reflectors.
From EP 0 596 427 A1 a vehicle headlamp with a lamp socket is known, which has a spring plate part and a plug housing hingedly connected thereto. The connector housing has fork-shaped prongs, between which a socket of the lamp is held. By pivoting the plug housing relative to the spring plate part, the lamp is moved to a pre-assembled position. Subsequently, the lamp can be held on the reflector by means of bayonet lugs arranged integrally on the spring plate part, which engage behind a bayonet lug of the reflector. The disadvantage of this is that the mounting of the lamp is relatively complex, since always a pivoting of the plug housing is required.
Object of the present invention is therefore to improve the known lamp socket so that they can be produced inexpensively, easy to assemble and the lamp to be used is universally applicable.
This object is achieved with the features of
According to the invention, the spring plate part carries both the connector housing and the lamp. When replacing the lamp, the holder can be released by turning the bayonet connection with the reflector. Thereafter, the holder carrying the lamp, the connector housing is connected to electrical leads, freely accessible by hand and the defective lamp is easily and quickly interchangeable with a new lamp. The connector housing can also be used without the connector housing with other headlamps.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the bayonet lugs are designed as free ends of two spring arms. This can be dispensed with an additional spring. The manufacture and assembly of the lamp holder with a corresponding lamp neck on the reflector can be simplified and made cheaper. In this case, it is furthermore expedient for the lamp neck of the reflector to have two screws whose screw heads can be engaged behind the bayonet lugs as part of the locking device. As a result, the production of the lamp neck or the reflector is simplified. In addition to a simplified lamp replacement in a simple and inexpensive construction, the solution according to the invention also leads to a smaller size.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the spring arms towards the holder on a first, bent towards the reflector leg, which merges via a U-shaped curvature in a second leg forming the bayonet lobes and the free end is directed away from the reflector.
Due to the U-shaped curvature of the spring arms and by the reflector directed away from the free ends of the bayonet lugs, it is possible to hold under Use voltage in the reflector, so that it can be dispensed with additional spring elements.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the bayonet flap is arranged opposite to a holder longitudinal axis at an acute angle.
Due to the arrangement of the bayonet lugs in an acute angle relative to the holder longitudinal axis the necessary bias voltage is generated in the locked state in a simple manner.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the bayonet tabs at their free ends on a concave detent waist, into which engages in the locking position, the adjacent screw or its screw head. To facilitate the locking, the bayonet tabs at their free ends, in an unlocked position towards the screw head, a run-on slope.
The arrangement of chamfers of the locking process is simplified. The arrangement of a concave detent waist on the bayonet lugs allows easy locking or locking of the bayonet lugs against the screws or the screw heads.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the screw heads at their the free ends of the screws facing lower sides towards a cone.
The arrangement of a cone 'on the underside of the screw heads, the locking of the screws against the locking waists of the bayonet tabs further favored, so that can be dispensed with an additional locking clip, which is intended to prevent accidental unlocking of the lamp holder.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the spring arms are arranged on a spring plate part, which is connectable to a connector housing via resilient locking tabs and corresponding latching parts on the connector housing.
Characterized in that latching elements are arranged on a Federblechteil, which is self-locking connected to a connector housing, the mounting of the holder simplifies considerably. Thus, in particular, the lamp can be easily mounted in the holder, which is formed by the spring plate part and the connector housing. As a result, in particular, a simple lamp replacement is possible with blind assembly.
Further details of the invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings, in which preferred embodiments of the invention are illustrated, for example.
