Da die Kunststoffdichtmasse die abzudeckenden Haftelemente in Form der Verhakungselemente formschlüssig umschließt, sind erhebliche Kräfte notwendig, um die Abdeckmasse von den Haftelementen zu trennen, wobei die dahingehenden Entformungskräfte größer sein können als die Verbindungskräfte zwischen dem eigentlichen Haftkörper in Form des Haftverschlusses und dem Schaummaterial. Als Folge reißt man zusammen mit der abdeckenden Dichtmasse auch den bandartigen Haftkörper vom frisch geschäumten Schaumstoffsitzkörper, was diesen unbrauchbar werden läßt.
