Description
- un transport de la grue et notamment de sa flèche dans un encombrement minimal, respectant le gabarit routier prescrit par les réglementations officielles, tout en maximisant la longueur utile de la flèche en position de travail ;
- un montage et un démontage de la grue dans un encombrement latéral minimal ;
- une réalisation simple et économique, évitant en particulier toute motorisation spécifique.
- Ce dispositif permet le repliage des deux éléments de pointe de la flèche, éléments dont la longueur additionnée peut être de l'ordre de 3300 mm, dans une hauteur disponible de l'ordre de 2100 mm, en respectant le gabarit hors tout normalisé pour les transports routiers, notamment par semi-remorque.
- Le dépliage ou le repliage de deux éléments de pointe de la flèche s'effectuent de façon simultanée, ce qui permet de réduire le nombre et la durée des opérations.
- Le dépliage ou le repliage s'effectuent en utilisant des motorisations existantes pour d'autres fonctions (câble de levage, vérin de dépliage-repliage général de la flèche), donc sans faire appel à une motorisation spécifique.
- Les opérations de dépliage et de repliage des éléments de pointe de la flèche ne demandent pas d'interventions manuelles nécessitant un effort important.
- Enfin, ces opérations de dépliage et de repliage deviennent réalisables dans un encombrement latéral minimal, réduit à la largeur des points d'appui au sol de la grue.
- en modifiant le détail de l'embiellage, par exemple en prévoyant un système d'embiellage simple et non pas double, ou d'autres organes de liaison entre les deux éléments de pointe de la flèche et le dernier élément principal de celle-ci ;
- en appliquant l'invention à la flèche d'une grue à tour à mât télescopique, et non pas à mât repliable.
Claims (10)
- Grue à tour comprenant un dispositif de dépliage ou repliage d'éléments de pointe de flèche de ladite grue à tour, la flèche (7) comprenant une succession d'éléments (10 à 14) articulés entre eux deux à deux autour d'axes horizontaux, ces éléments comprenant au moins deux éléments principaux (10,12) de relativement grande longueur, et au moins deux éléments de pointe (13,14) de relativement petite longueur, le dispositif comportant des organes de liaison (27) reliant la partie avant du dernier élément principal de flèche (12), l'élément intermédiaire (13) de pointe de flèche et l'élément extrême (14) de pointe de flèche, de manière à réaliser le dépliage ou le repliage simultané, dans un plan vertical, des deux éléments de pointe (13,14) relativement à la partie restante de la flèche (7), au moins un élément de pointe (13) étant repliable selon une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire aux éléments principaux (10, 12), caractérisée en ce que ce dispositif est motorisé par le câble de levage (41) de la grue, et comprenant, à cet effet, un bras de dépliage (37) porté par la partie avant du dernier élément principal (12) de la flèche (7), et muni d'une poulie (40) destinée au passage du câble de levage (41) au cours des opérations de dépliage ou repliage des éléments de pointe (13,14) de la flèche (7), le câble de levage (41) se trouvant alors attaché à l'un desdits éléments de pointe (13,14).
- Grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les organes de liaison précités comprennent au moins un système d'embiellage (27), situé dans un plan vertical et lié par des articulations autour d'axes horizontaux (26,31,35), respectivement au deux éléments de pointe (14,13) et à la partie avant du dernier élément principal (12) de la flèche (7).
- Grue selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il comprend deux systèmes d'embiellage (27) symétriques, disposés de chaque côté de la flèche (7) dans des plans verticaux parallèles.
- Grue selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le ou chaque système d'embiellage (27) comprend un levier à trois points (28) articulé par son point intermédiaire (en 31) sur un sommet (23) de l'élément intermédiaire (13) de pointe de flèche, une bielle avant (29) articulée par une extrémité (en 33) au point avant du levier (28) et, par son autre extrémité (en 26), avec l'élément extrême (14) de pointe de flèche, et une bielle arrière (30) articulée par une extrémité (en 34) au point arrière du levier (28) et, par son autre extrémité (en 35), avec la partie avant du dernier élément principal (12) de la flèche (7).
- Grue selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le levier (28) et l'une des bielles (29,30) du ou de chaque système d'embiellage (27) comportent des trous respectifs (32,36) venant en correspondance dans la position dépliée de la pointe de flèche, et prévus pour un verrouillage par brochage qui immobilise le levier (28) par rapport à cette bielle, et qui immobilise par conséquent tout le système d'embiellage (27), en position alignée.
- Grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le bras de dépliage (37) est articulé autour d'un axe horizontal (38) sur la partie avant du dernier élément principal (12) de la flèche (7), et comporte des moyens de butée et/ou de verrouillage pour son arrêt en position déployée d'utilisation et en position rabattue contre l'élément principal de flèche (12).
- Grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, pour les opérations de dépliage ou repliage des éléments de pointe (13,14) de la flèche (7), le câble de levage (41) est attaché sur un émerillon à l'extrémité avant de l'élément extrême (14) de la flèche.
- Grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il comprend encore une élingue (43), fixée sur la partie avant de l'élément extrême (14) de la pointe de flèche, et prévue pour être accrochée sur l'extrémité arrière du premier élément principal (10) de la flèche (7) lorsque cette dernière est entièrement repliée.
- Grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'il est motorisé, en outre, par un vérin (21) servant au dépliage-repliage général de la flèche (7), en particulier un vérin (21) associé à un élément intermédiaire de pliage (11) inséré entre deux éléments principaux (10,12) de la flèche (7), le vérin (21) permettant au dernier élément principal (12) de la flèche (7) d'être légèrement incliné et relevé (flèche F), pour dégager les éléments de pointe (13, 14) de la flèche (7) par rapport à l'extrémité arrière du pied de flèche (10), et permettre le dépliage de ces éléments de pointe (13, 14).
- Grue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, dans la position repliée de transport de la grue, les éléments principaux (10, 12) de la flèche (7) étant disposés à l'horizontale, l'élément intermédiaire (13) de pointe de flèche est sensiblement vertical et dirigé vers le bas, tandis que l'élément extrême (14) de la pointe de flèche est orienté obliquement, dirigé vers le haut.
