Description

Bei Erhöhung oder Erniedrigung der relativen Kokillengeschwindigkeit reißt sich die Kokille vom Strang los. Dies führt zum Stauchen und damit zu einer Geschwindigkeitserhöhung der Strangschale, wenn sich die Kokille auf ihrem Weg nach unten befindet, und umgekehrt zu einer Dehnung und damit zu einer Geschwindigkeitsreduzierung der Strangschale, wenn sich die Kokille auf ihrem Weg nach oben befindet.

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Oszillieren einer Stranggießkokille (1), insbesondere für das Stranggießen von Dünnbrammen aus Stahl, umfassend eine oszillierbare Stranggießkokille (1), deren Hubtisch (2) über mit einem ortsfesten Grundrahmen (3) gelenkig (Gelenke 8, 8') verbundene Lenker (9,9') geführt ist, und deren Oszillationsantrieb mit an dem Grundrahmen (3) angeordneten Hydraulikaggregaten (4,4') ausgebildet ist, und die Achsen der Gelenke (6,6') sowie der Gelenke (7,7') an den Hydraulikaggregaten (4,4'), und die Achsen der Gelenke (8,8') an den Lenkern (9,9') parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Stranggießkokille (1) auf vier einzelnen Hubträgem (5, 5') angeordnet ist,daß der Hubtisch (2) über die Hubtischträger (5, 5') mit dem oberen Teil (6) eines jeden von vier Hydraulikaggregaten (4,4') gelenkig, und dessen jeweils unteres Teil mit dem Grundrahmen (3) gelenkig verbunden ist, unddaß die vier Hydraulikaggregate (4, 4') in zu den Schmalseiten (10, 10') der Kokille (1) parallelen Ebenen (x - x; x' - x') neben dem Hubtisch (2) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenker (9, 9')Stahlprofile besitzen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenker (9, 9') unter den Schmalseiten (10, 10') der Kokille (1) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung der Hubtischträger (5, 5') mit je einer Doppel-Lenker-Anordnung ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hydraulikaggregate (4,4') doppelt wirkende Servozylinder sind.
