Claims (7)
- Meßraum, umfassend einen Meßraumboden (11), Meßraumwände (12) und eine Meßraumdecke (13), wobei wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise über der Meßraumdecke (13) angeordnete Klimaeinrichtung (30) zur Klimatisierung von Meßräumen (10) vorgesehen ist, durch welche dem Meßraum (10) über vorzugsweise im Meßraumdeckenbereich angeordnete Zuluftöffnungen (52) klimatisierte Luft zuführbar ist, welche nach Zirkulation in dem Meßraum (10) aus diesem über wenigstens eine Abluftöffnung (60) wieder abführbar und wenigstens teilweise erneut der Klimaeinrichtung (30) zuführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Meßraumdecke (13) eine Luftleiteinrichtung angeordnet ist, welche wenigstens eine auf die Meßraumwände (12) gerichtete Zuluftöffnung (52) aufweist, und durch welche die von der Klimaeinrichtung (30) abgegebene klimatisierte Luft soweit in Richtung der Meßraumwände (12) geleitet wird, daß diese dort nach unten strömt.
- Meßraum nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Abluftöffnung (60) so benachbart zu oder als Teil der Luftleiteinrichtung angeordnet ist, daß sie von den Zuluftöffnungen (52) möglichst weit entfernt ist.
- Meßraum nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleiteinrichtung wenigstens eine mit Abstand unterhalb der Meßraumdecke (13) angeordnete, vorzugsweise ebene Luftleitblende (50) umfaßt, welche auf ihrer der Klimaeinrichtung (30) zugewandten Seite zur Klimaeinrichtung (30) hin abgewinkelt ist und auf ihrer der Klimaeinrichtung (30) abgewandten und wenigstens einer Meßraumwand (12) zugewandten Seite unter Ausbildung der wenigstens einen Zuluftöffnung (52) endet.
- Meßraum nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der ebenen Luftleitblende (50) und der Meßraumdecke (13) eine weitere Luftleitblende (80) angeordnet ist, welche so gebogen ist, daß zusammen mit der vorzugsweise ebenen Luftleitblende (50) ein Luftführungskanal (82) entsteht, der auf seiner der Klimaeinrichtung (30) zugewandten Seite eine Querschnittsverringerung (83) aufweist.
- Meßraum nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der ebenen Luftleitblende an ihrer dem Luftführungskanal (82) zugewandten Seite eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen angeordnet sind.
- Meßraum nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß zwischen der Luftleitblende (50) und der Meßraumdecke (13) bzw. der weiteren Luftleitblende (80) eine vorzugsweise an der Luftleitblende (50) befestigte Heizeinrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Meßraum nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleitblende (50) unterhalb der Meßraumdecke (13) derart ausgedehnt ist, daß ihre Überdeckungsfläche größer oder gleich ist als die Fläche, die von einer in dem Meßraum angeordneten Meßeinrichtung, Bearbeitungsmaschine und dergleichen überdeckt wird.
