Claims (6)
- Kalander für Bahnen aus Feuchtigkeit enthaltendem Material, wie Papier, mit einen zwei Seitenteile aufweisenden Ständer und einen Walzenstapel, wobei sich zwischen den Seitenteilen ein zumindest durch den Walzenstapel und die Bahn begrenzter Raum befindet, gekennzeichnet durch ein Gebläse (13) das trockene Luft in den begrenzten Raum (11) bläst.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Heizvorrichtung (20) für die Gebläseluft vorgesehen ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des begrenzten Raumes (11) mindestens ein Feuchtigkeitssensor (15) und/oder mindestens ein Temperatursensor (16) angeordnet sind, daß ein Rechner (14) vorgesehen ist, der unter Berücksichtigung der Sensor-Meßwerte die zur Vermeidung des Sättigungszustandes der Luft im begrenzten Raum (11) erforderliche Gebläseluftdaten berechnet, und daß vom Rechner (14) gesteuerte Mittel zur Einstellung der Gebläseluftdaten vorgesehen sind.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Gebläse (13) eine Gebläseluftmengen-Einstellvorrichtung (19) zugeordnet ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizvorrichtung (20) eine Gebläselufttemperatur-Einstellvorrichtung (21) zugeordnet ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechner (14) ein Programm aufweist, das die Luft in begrenzten Raum (11) nahe den Sättigungszustand hält.
