Description
- la fig. 2 est une vue partielle en coupe, à plus grande échelle, d'une partie du distributeur de la fig. 1 et montrant un mode de réalisation préféré de l'agencement conforme à l'invention ; et
- les fig. 3 à 5 sont des vues partielles en coupe d'une partie de la balance illustrée à la fig. 2 et montrant respectivement plusieurs variantes possibles de réalisation de l'agencement de l'invention.
Claims (5)
- Distributeur hydraulique comportant une balance de régulation propre à assurer une fonction de détection de la pression de charge la plus élevée, une fonction antisaturation et une fonction de division de débit indépendante de la charge, cette balance comportant un plongeur (14) déplaçable dans un logement (13) sous l'action d'un différentiel de pression (Δp) généré par la pression d'admission (P) fournie par une source hydraulique s'appliquant (en 12) sur une première de ses extrémités et par la pression de charge la plus élevée (LS) s'appliquant (en 15) sur son autre extrémité, ledit plongeur (14) étant propre également à dégager, en proportion du susdit différentiel de pression (Δp), un orifice latéral (21) du logement (13) raccordé à un orifice de travail (A, B) du distributeur pour lui délivrer du fluide hydraulique sous la pression d'admission (P) diminuée du susdit différentiel de pression (Δp), caractérisé en ce que la paroi du logement (13) et/ou le plongeur (14), dans une zone comprise au voisinage de la susdite première extrémité du plongeur, est équipée d'au moins un passage calibré (30-33) propre à établir une liaison entre la susdite première extrémité du plongeur et le susdit orifice latéral lorsque le plongeur est repoussé en position extrême sous l'action de la pression de charge la plus élevée (LS) excédant la pression d'admission (P),
ce grâce à quoi, malgré la valeur excédentaire de la pression de charge la plus élevée (LS) qui devrait inhiber le fonctionnement du distributeur, du fluide hydraulique est cependant délivré sous faible débit à l'orifice latéral et autorise le déplacement sous faible vitesse du récepteur hydraulique commandé par ledit distributeur hydraulique. - Distributeur hydraulique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le passage calibré (30, 31) est prévu sur le plongeur (14).
- Distributeur hydraulique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu plusieurs passages calibrés (30-33) répartis périphériquement.
- Distributeur hydraulique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque passage calibré (30, 32) est constitué par une encoche creusée dans la paroi.
- Distributeur hydraulique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque passage calibré (31, 33) est constitué par un canal présentant une restriction calibrée.
