Description

L'invention porte sur un conditionnement pour produits présentés en emballages groupés et en particulier pour du fromage frais conditionné en pots regroupés et fermés chacun par un couvercle. Chaque pot est destiné à contenir un moule à fromage appelé faisselle présentant des perforations permettant au fromage frais de s'égoutter.
On connaít déjà des dispositifs pour conditionner une quadrette de pots d'emballage de fromage frais selon une disposition en carré. Certains de ces dispositifs connus se présentent sous la forme de quatre anneaux en matière plastique reliés ensemble selon une disposition en carré, chaque pot étant inséré dans un anneau et chaque anneau étant conformé pour maintenir par un encliquetage un couvercle sur le pot. Un tel dispositif est en particulier connu du document de brevet EP-A-0179005, ou FR-A-2 740 432.
Dans d'autres dispositifs connus, les pots sont maintenus par un film en matière plastique ou une bande en matière plastique ou en carton.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer un autre conditionnement notamment pour des pots d'emballage de fromage frais.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un conditionnement pour produits présentés en emballages groupés constitué par la combinaison de pots individuels fermés chacun par un couvercle et d'un dispositif pour regrouper les pots présentant un nombre de logements égal à celui des pots à réunir, chaque pot comportant un épaulement annulaire extérieur horizontal servant de zone de butée et chaque couvercle comportant un épaulement annulaire extérieur horizontal servant de zone d'appui, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est un panier ayant un fond à partir duquel s'élève suivant une direction axiale au moins une protubérance de forme sensiblement tronconique qui définit avec les parois latérales du panier lesdits logements destinés à recevoir chacun un pot fermé par un couvercle, en ce que le sommet de cette protubérance comporte, d'une part, une embase plane s'étendant parallèlement au fond du panier sur laquelle prend appui l'épaulement d'un pot disposé dans un logement du panier et, d'autre part, une jupe en forme de dôme solidaire de l'embase et espacée axialement de celle-ci de telle manière que le bord circulaire de ladite jupe en forme de dôme vienne pincer de façon élastique ledit épaulement du couvercle fermant ledit pot.
Un exemple de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention est décrit ci-dessous plus en détails et illustré sur les dessins.
  • La figure 1 montre selon une vue en élévation, le dispositif selon l'invention.
  • La figure 2 montre selon une vue en coupe partielle et transversale selon II-II sur la figure 1, un pot de fromage frais placé dans un logement du dispositif selon l'invention.
    • Sur la figure 1, le dispositif selon l'invention pour conditionner, par exemple en quadrette, des pots de fromage frais selon une disposition en carré est constitué par un panier 1 avec un fond 2 et quatre parois latérales 3A,3B,3C,3D inscrites dans un parallélépipède de sorte à maintenir quatre pots regroupés suivant une disposition en carré. Les parois latérales du panier 1 sont constituées, à leur partie supérieure, essentiellement par un cerclage filaire horizontal 10 relié par des branches verticales 11 au fond 2 du panier.
    Comme visible sur les figures 1 et 2, le panier comporte une protubérance centrale 4 de forme sensiblement tronconique qui s'élève suivant une direction axiale A depuis le fond 2 du panier en se rétrécissant de section. Cette protubérance définit avec les parois 3A à 3D du panier quatre logements dans chacun desquels peut être placé un pot, le fond de chaque pot reposant sur le fond du panier.
    Figure 2, on voit plus particulièrement un pot 5 en place dans un emplacement défini à l'intérieur du panier, le pot 5 étant fermé par un couvercle 6. Comme cela est connu en soi pour le conditionnement du fromage frais, le couvercle est relativement haut pour coiffer la faisselle qui est disposée à l'intérieur du pot.
    Chaque pot 5 conforme à l'invention présente un épaulement annulaire horizontal 51 s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur du pot et ayant sa périphérie intérieure raccordée au corps du pot 52 de forme sensiblement tronconique et sa périphérie extérieure raccordée à une jupe cylindrique 53 dont l'extrémité supérieure constitue le rebord supérieur du pot. L'épaulement 51 sert de zone de butée du pot dans le panier. A sa partie supérieure, le rebord supérieur du pot se termine par une zone horizontale annulaire 54 formant un épaulement s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur du pot sur lequel prend appui le rebord supérieur de la faisselle non représentée.
    Par ailleurs, chaque couvercle 6, conforme à l'invention, se termine de son côté, à sa partie inférieure, par une jupe cylindrique 61 raccordée au corps 62 du couvercle par un épaulement annulaire horizontal 63 qui s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur du couvercle; et à son extrémité inférieure, cette jupe présente un bourrelet intérieur 64. La face extérieure de l' épaulement 63 sert de zone d'appui du panier sur le couvercle et la face intérieure de l'épaulement 63 sert de zone de butée du couvercle sur la zone annulaire horizontale 54 terminant le rebord du pot.
    Dès lors, il est possible d'obtenir une fermeture facile et étanche du pot 5 par le couvercle 6 par coopération de l'épaulement 63, de la jupe 61 et du bourrelet 64 du couvercle avec le rebord supérieur 54 du pot.
    La protubérance 4 comporte à son sommet une embase plane annulaire horizontale 40 qui s'étend sensiblement parallèlement au fond 2 du panier. Le corps de la protubérance 4 est constitué par quatre branches rigides 41 et le fond du panier est constitué de quatre cerclages 21 disposés également en carré, chaque cerclage 21 servant de zone d'appui pour le fond d'un pot 5. Les branches rigides 41 s'étendent respectivement entre un cerclage 21 et l'embase annulaire 40 suivant une disposition en carré par rapport au fond du panier.
    Par ailleurs, comme visible sur les figures 1 et 2, la protubérance 4 comporte une jupe en forme de dôme 42 qui est solidarisée à l'embase annulaire 40 par quatre branches 43 qui s'étendent suivant la direction axiale A de telle sorte que le bord circulaire de la jupe est espacé axialement de la surface supérieure de l'embase 40 d'une distance légèrement inférieure à la distance entre l'épaulement 51 d'un pot et l'épaulement 63 d'un couvercle fermant ce pot. De la sorte quand un pot 5 fermé par un couvercle 6 est disposé dans un logement du panier 1, l'épaulement 51 du pot vient en butée contre l'embase 40 de la protubérance alors que l'épaulement 63 du couvercle vient s'encliqueter sous le bord circulaire de la jupe 42 de la protubérance et est pincé de façon élastique par celui-ci ce qui assure un blocage du pot fermé par un couvercle dans le logement du panier en même temps qu'une fermeture étanche du pot par le couvercle. Comme visible sur la figure 1, les branches 43 sont réparties de façon équidistante sur la périphérie du bord circulaire de la jupe 42 et plus particulièrement suivant une disposition en carré décalée de 45° de la disposition en carré des pots dans le panier pour permettre à chaque couvercle fermant un pot de venir s'encastrer entre deux branches 43 consécutives.
    Chaque pot avec son couvercle peut par ailleurs être facilement extrait du panier en soulevant légèrement le bord circulaire souple de la jupe 4.
    Des bossages 12 sont prévus à la partie inférieure et à l'intérieur des logements, et plus particulièrement sur les branches 11 et 41 pour obtenir un effet de serrage du pot disposé dans un logement ; le maintien des pots dans le panier étant ainsi renforcé très simplement.
    Le panier avec sa protubérance centrale 4 et la jupe 42 est réalisé en une seule pièce de préférence par moulage d'une matière plastique et est d'un faible coût de revient.
    Le fond du panier qui coïncide avec la base de la protubérance est évidé pour permettre d'empiler plusieurs paniers vides. On peut aussi prévoir des bossages 13 sur la surface extérieure des branches 11 du panier, ces bossages limitant l'encastrement des paniers quand ils sont empilés.
    Pour faciliter la manutention du panier selon l'invention, la jupe présente un perçage central 44 coaxial à l'embase annulaire 40 pour permettre le passage d'un doigt. Du fait que le fond du panier coïncidant avec la protubérance est évidé, plusieurs paniers peuvent être empilés même quand ils contiennent des pots. Le cas échéant, le perçage central dans la jupe 42 peut être remplacé par une anse sans remettre en cause cette possibilité d'empilement.
    Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent un panier ayant une ossature très dépouillée (y compris la protubérance), du type filiforme mais l'invention n'est pas limitée à ce type de réalisation. Il serait aussi possible d'étendre le principe de l'invention au regroupement de six ou huit pots d'emballage de fromage blanc en prévoyant deux ou trois protubérances respectivement s'élevant depuis le fond du panier.

    Claims (7)

    1. Un conditionnement pour produits présentés en emballages groupés constitué par la combinaison de pots individuels (5) fermés chacun par un couvercle (6) et d'un dispositif pour regrouper les pots présentant un nombre de logements égal à celui des pots (5) à réunir, chaque pot comportant un épaulement annulaire extérieur horizontal (51) servant de zone de butée et chaque couvercle comportant un épaulement annulaire extérieur horizontal (63) servant de zone d'appui, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est un panier ayant un fond (2) à partir duquel s'élève suivant une direction axiale (A) au moins une protubérance (4) de forme sensiblement tronconique qui définit avec les parois latérales (3A-3D) du panier lesdits logements destinés à recevoir chacun un pot fermé par un couvercle, en ce que le sommet de cette protubérance comporte, d'une part, une embase plane (40) s'étendant parallèlement au fond du panier sur laquelle prend appui l'épaulement d'un pot disposé dans un logement du panier et, d'autre part, une jupe en forme de dôme (42) solidaire de l'embase et espacée axialement de celle-ci de telle manière que le bord circulaire de ladite jupe en forme de dôme vienne pincer de façon élastique ledit épaulement du couvercle fermant ledit pot.
    2. Le conditionnement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque couvercle comporte à sa partie inférieure une jupe cylindrique (61) avec un bourrelet intérieur (64) et à sa partie supérieure un corps (62) qui est raccordé à la jupe par ledit épaulement annulaire extérieur horizontal (63) servant de zone d'appui et dans lequel chaque pot comporte à sa partie supérieure un rebord se terminant par une zone annulaire horizontale (54) s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur du pot sur laquelle prend appui la face intérieure dudit épaulement annulaire du couvercle.
    3. Le conditionnement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite jupe en forme de dôme (42) est solidarisée à ladite embase par des branches (43) qui s'étendent parallèlement à ladite direction axiale et qui sont réparties de manière équidistante sur la périphérie du bord circulaire de la jupe.
    4. Le conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ladite jupe en forme de dôme comporte un perçage central (44) et l'embase se présente sous la forme d'un anneau horizontal coaxial à la jupe.
    5. Le conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel des bossages (12) sont prévus dans chaque logement pour obtenir un serrage du pot disposé dans ledit logement.
    6. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 5 dans lequel le panier avec sa protubérance et ladite jupe en forme de dôme est réalisé en une seule pièce venue par moulage d'une matière plastique.
    7. Le dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le fond du panier coïncidant avec la base de la protubérance est évidé.
