Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an inner pipe for a chimney according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
A corresponding inner tube is known from EP 0 711 954 A2 known, by assembling several of the same Inner pipes an inner pipe system for the chimney required length can be formed.
The invention is based on the problem, the sleeve as possible train thin-walled and when installing the Inner pipe system Damage to the pipe ends when fitting to avoid the next inner tube.
According to the invention the task is characterized by the Features of claim 1 solved. Advantageous configurations the invention are characterized in the subclaims. According to the invention, the sleeve has a funnel-shaped Attachment, whose inside diameter matches that of the sleeve facing end maximum equal to the inside diameter of the sleeve and minimally equal to the outside diameter of the free end of the Inner tube is. The inside diameter is advantageous of the funnel-shaped attachment is slightly smaller than that Inner diameter of the sleeve.
With this inner pipe, which is also for the vertical pipe in an air-flue chimney is suitable at the Assemble the free end of the next inner tube from the funnel-shaped attachment guided and centered, so that the free end of the inserted inner tube not on the edge of the Sleeve can sit on. This will damage the sleeve and the free end of the inserted inner tube locked out. This is especially important with inner tubes, the brittle, especially ceramic material consist. As a result of the thin-walled design of the sleeve the largest possible with an air-exhaust chimney Cross section of the between the outer surface of the sleeve and the Reached inner surface of the chimney formed.
The inner tube according to the invention is also particularly suitable for the renovation of an existing chimney. If the in The existing chimney must be milled out Milling limited to a relatively small diameter become. The outer contour of the sleeve advantageously has a gradual transition from the outside diameter of the Inner tube to the outer diameter of the sleeve, so that the Refurbishment of an existing chimney when lowering the Inner pipe system from the chimney head not on the sleeves any protrusions in the chimney and can get stuck.
A gas-tight design of the inner pipe system is achieved if a sealant such as silicone plastic is used during assembly or acid putty in the sleeve or on the face of the free end of the inserted inner tube is applied, so that this material closes the joint.
The funnel-shaped surface of the attachment is preferably frustoconical, the base angle of the Truncated cone is more than 45 °, preferably about 60 °.
The funnel-shaped attachment can be used as a thin-walled nozzle be carried out, which above the sleeve one inside has facing bead, which preferably in cross section has a sawtooth profile.
The nozzle can be made of thin-walled sheet metal, preferably made of stainless steel.
The thin-walled sleeve is used during transport and assembly particularly well protected if the socket is a sleeve has surrounding cuff.
The connector is securely attached to the sleeve when in Area of the cuff with clamping tabs pointing inwards are provided. This can compensate for tolerances become.
A centering of the inner pipe system in the radial direction in Chimney is reached when between an inner pipe and the chimney centering elements are provided. Advantageously, at least on the funnel-shaped attachment three centering elements distributed over the circumference are provided.
Ungleichmäßigkeiten des Ringspalts zwischen Innenrohr und Schornstein können die Zentrierelemente ausgleichen, wenn sie elastisch federnd ausgebildet sindIrregularities in the annular gap between the inner tube and Chimney can compensate for the centering elements if they are designed to be resilient
The inner tube system made from the inner tubes is for Large heights particularly suitable because of the centering elements can slide in the axial direction in the chimney, so that none due to the temperature-related elongation of the inner tubes mechanical stresses occur.
The centering elements can be loose with the inner tube supplied and only connected to it at the construction site if the nozzle is extended beyond the bead and in the extended section recordings for the Has centering elements.
The assembly of a centering element is particularly simple if a receptacle and an end of a centering element as interlocking locking connections are formed.
In the drawing, a preferred embodiment of the Invention shown, which is explained in more detail below.
