durchgehend über die Breite der Führungsbahn erstrecken.
Eine eng anliegende Wandströmung (Coanda-Effekt) wird gemäß einer vorteilhaften
Ausgestaltung dadurch erzielt, daß die - bezogen auf die Förderrichtung des
Faserstromes - stromabwärtige Wandung der Schlitzdüse in stetiger konvexer
Krümmung in die konkave Gleitfläche der Führungsbahn übergeht.
Eine die Fließbettförderung steigernde und vervollkommnende Weiterbildung besteht
darin, daß die Gleitfläche der Führungsbahn durch mehrere in Förderrichtung
des Faserstromes aufeinanderfolgende Schlitzdüsen unterbrochen ist.
Zweckmäßigerweise stehen die Schlitzdüsen mit einer gemeinsamen Druckkammer

betrieben werden, was die Effektivität und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Energieerzeugung
und des Energieeinsatzes verbessert.
Des weiteren ergibt sich ein herstellungsbedingter wirtschaftlicher Vorteil durch die
Verwendung einzelner zur Führungsbahn zusammengesetzter Segmente, deren
einfache Außenkontur sie für die Herstellung im wirtschaftlichen Strangpreßverfahren
geradezu prädestiniert. trennt die leichten Tabakfasern 12 von den schwereren Tabakfasern 13 (Tabakrippen)
und fördert sie quer in Richtung des Pfeils 14 ab.
Einige leichte Tabakfasern 12a sinken mit den schwereren Tabakrippen 13 nach
unten. Sie gelangen durch eine Zellenradschleuse 16 in einen Sichtschacht 17, in
dem die schwereren Tabakrippen 13 weiter nach unten sinken und ausgetragen
werden, während die leichteren Tabakfasern 12a infolge der Injektorwirkung eines
Blasluftstrahls aus einer einen Nachsichter bildenden Düse 18 nach oben steigen
und in den Strom der leichteren Fasern 12 zurückgeführt werden. Mit Unterstützung
weiterer Blasluftdüsen 19 einer Druckkammer 19a werden die Tabakfasern im dargestellten
Beispiel auf eine Führungsbahn 21 in Gestalt einer Gleitfläche 21a überführt,
auf der sie zu einem Tabakstrom 22 aufgelockerter und ausgebreiteter Tabakfasern
aufgebaut werden, wobei sich Blasluft und Tabakpartikel zu einer dicht an
der Gleitfläche 21a der Führungsbahn 21 entlangbewegten Wandströmung ausbilden.
Zur Unterstützung der weiteren Förderung des ausgebreiteten und aufgelokkerten
Tabakstroms 22 an der Führungsbahn 21 entlang sind Blasluftdüsen 23
einer Druckkammer 23a sowie gegebenenfalls weitere im Verlauf der Führungsbahn
21 angeordnete, in der Zeichnung aber nicht dargestellte Blasluftdüsen vorgesehen.
Der aufgelockerte und ausgebreitete Tabakstrom 22 gelangt in einer Strangaufbauzone
24 zu einem Saugstrangförderer 26, an den durch die Saugwirkung einer Unterdruckkammer
27 von der Rückseite her ein Saugzug zum Bilden und Halten eines
Tabakstranges angelegt ist. Überschüssige Blasluft entweicht durch ein Sieb
28 in einen Entspannungsraum 29.
Der Saugstrangförderer 26 läuft in einem Tabakkanal 31 um, der von zwei Kanalwangen
32 und 32a seitlich begrenzt ist. Der Endabschnitt der Gleitfläche 21a der
Führungsbahn 21 ist auf eine der Kanalwangen 32 ausgerichtet, so daß ein lückenloser,
glatter Übergang der Führungsbahn 21 zum Tabakkanal 31 gewährleistet ist.
Der Endabschnitt der Führungsbahn 21 ist als um eine Schwenkachse 33 abschwenkbarer
Leitkörper 34 ausgebildet, um eine bessere Zugänglichkeit der Vorrichtung

Bei der gemäß Figur 2 in herkömmlicher Weise ausgebildeten Führungsbahn 21

Gleitblechen 37 erst am Ende einer relativ langen freien Flugbahn mit dem aus den
Blasluftdüsen 23 austretenden Luftstrom zusammentrifft, nachdem der Luftstrom
bereits etwa zwei Drittel seiner Austrittsgeschwindigkeit eingebüßt hat. Um zu erreichen,
daß der Tabakstrom auf einen vorgegebenen Wert beschleunigt wird, muß
die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit der Blasluft durch eine größere Lüfterleistung erhöht
werden, was die Wirtschaftlichkeit beeinträchtigt. In the

von Blasluft und Tabak an der Gleitfläche 21 gebildet wird. Tabakstrom und Blasluft
treffen unmittelbar im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung der Schlitzdüsen zusammen, so
daß an jeder Schlitzdüse die Blasluft mit ihrer maximalen Austrittsgeschwindigkeit
auf den Tabakstrom trifft.
