Definitions
- the invention relates to a three- or multi-layer paper machine wire in the form of a composite fabric for the wet end a paper machine according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Such paper machine screens have the task of a fiber suspension to drain and thereby a wet-strength paper web to form, which on the paper machine screen to the press section a paper machine is transported.
- the paper machine screen has the shape of an endless belt, that in the roller system or drainage system of the wet end of the Paper machine rotates at high speed.
- paper machine screens are those mentioned at the beginning kind known. Such screens point to the paper side a very fine fabric, hereinafter referred to as the upper fabric, preferably in plain weave, and on her to the paper machine facing the wear fabric, below the lower fabric called, which in its warp and weft count preferably corresponds to that of the upper fabric.
- the Bottom fabric is mostly twill or satin weave.
- EP 0 694 637 A1 describes a paper machine clothing, which has at least three layers of wefts over one only system of warp threads are tied together and one form three-layer fabric structure.
- the weft threads of the middle one Weft positions are not interwoven with other positions and only serve to give the fabric stability.
- the weft threads the middle layer are made of a material that a Has at least 10% thermal shrinkage at 180 ° Celsius.
- EP 0 590 288 A1 relates to a multi-layer press screen, the an upper fabric and a lower fabric with an intermediate layer of Has weft threads, all of which have additional weft warps are bound together.
- the invention has for its object a paper machine screen to create the type mentioned above, its transverse stability is improved.
- the paper machine screen thus has a larger volume, which is in Dependence on the construction of the forming section of the paper machine positive on the Formation of the paper affects. A larger volume can also increase the Permeability of the sieve result, so that the drainage of the fiber suspension with such a sieve progresses more quickly.
- the shot position of the at least one Upper fabric and the weft position of the at least one lower fabric due to the additional Weft group separated.
- the upper and lower tissues stand out from each other from what, in addition to increasing the volume of the paper machine wire and the Rigidity of the sieve leads.
- the threads of the additional ones change Weft group and that between the at least one upper fabric and the at least a woven-in binding thread from each other.
- the additional weft group This also enables improved protection of the woven binding threads in Transverse direction, since the upper and lower fabrics are no longer exclusively due to the binding binding thread, but also through the additional weft thread group are separated. Furthermore, the positional stability of the binding threads in the longitudinal or running direction is thereby of the sieve improved.
- the threads of the weft layer of the at least one upper fabric are advantageously located, the threads the weft position of the at least one lower fabric and the threads of the additional ones Weft group in a common, approximately vertical plane, resulting in a clear separation between the threads of the weft layer of the upper fabric and those of the Weft position of the lower fabric results.
- Threads of the additional weft thread group offset in the vertical direction to the threads of the Weft layer of the at least one upper fabric and the threads of the weft layer of the at least arranged a lower fabric.
- Fig. 1 is part of a three-layer paper machine screen 41 in the form of a Composite fabric for the wet end of a paper machine, not shown in detail, in longitudinal section, also called a weft cut, shown according to a first embodiment.
- Fig. 2 shows one another longitudinal section through the paper machine screen 41 according to the first embodiment.
- the three-layer paper machine screen 41 according to FIG. 1 has a paper-side upper fabric 42 and a running-side lower fabric 43 on the upper fabric 42 consists of the weft layer 44 with the weft threads 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25, 29, 33, 37 and a series of warp threads, of which in Fig. 1 only one, namely the warp thread 45, is shown.
- the lower fabric 43 consists of the weft layer 46 with the weft threads 3, 7, 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, 31, 35, 39 and from a series of warp threads, of which only one in FIG. 2, namely the Warp thread 47 is shown.
- the invention is between the weft layer 44 of the upper fabric 42 and the weft layer 46 of the Lower fabric 43 woven an additional weft group 50 so that the above Weft layers 44, 46 are separated from one another by the additional weft thread group 50, such as this can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the additional weft thread group 50 points in FIG. 1 and 2 the threads 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30, 34, 38 on. According to FIGS. 1 and 2 alternate in the middle layer 51 of the paper machine screen 41 the threads of the additional Weft thread group 50 and those woven into the upper fabric 42 and the lower fabric 43 Twine off each other.
- all the warp threads of the Upper fabric 42 (only the warp thread 45 is shown in FIG. 1) over the threads of the additional weft group 50 and all the warp threads of the lower fabric 43 (in Fig. 2 is only the warp thread 47 is shown) under the threads of the additional weft thread group 50.
- the warp thread 45 of the upper fabric 42 is in the middle layer 51 in this phase only woven with the binding threads 16 and 36.
