Definitions
- the invention relates to a drilling device with a Rotary impact hammer drill that is outside the borehole arranged and generated by means of drilling energy, one Drill pipe with the rotary hammer drill on one side connected and by means of which the drilling energy from Rotary impact external rotary hammer towards the bottom of the borehole is transferable, and a drill bit that is connected to the bottom of the borehole End of the drill pipe connected and by means of the drilling energy transferred to them by the drill pipe can be implemented in drilling progress.
- the invention has for its object the above to further develop generic drilling apparatus in such a way that while avoiding the disadvantages mentioned above the generic drilling device on the one hand increased boom stability and on the other hand the Flushing the borehole to be created and the removal of the hole at the bottom of the borehole as drilling progresses Drilling cuttings is made considerably more effective.
- the Drill pipe is an inner pipe by means of which the drilling energy transferable from the rotary impact hammer drill to the drill bit and in which a first flushing channel is formed, which extends from a first flushing medium supply connection to the drill bit extends, and has an outer linkage that the inner linkage surrounds at a distance and between its inner surface and the outer surface of the inner rod a second Flushing channel forms, the input side of a second Flushing medium supply connection and on the output side through the Outer linkage through holes on the between the Outer surface of the outer rod and the borehole wall trained annulus is connected.
- the flushing medium pressure can also be in Direction of flow seen behind or above the bottom of the borehole are better maintained.
- the irrigation even if the drill bit becomes blocked of the borehole through the second flushing channel can be.
- the annular space can be between the outer surface of the entire drill pipe and the borehole wall can be optimally adapted. This will improved flushing achieved.
- Almost everyone Rotary impact rotary hammer can with the above Drill rods are equipped.
- Drilling device can be any conventional one, with rotary impact rotary hammers usable drill rods are provided, with only minor rework on this drill pipe required are.
- the outer rod of the drill pipe of the invention Drilling device is expediently made of interconnectable Jacket tubes formed so that the latter in the event of damage or the like. can be replaced individually.
- the casing pipes of the outer linkage can be compared have small wall thickness, which makes it optimal possible adjustment of the cross-sectional area of the annulus between the outer surface of the drill pipe and the borehole wall the overall increase in weight of the drill pipe is relative remains low.
- a second flow control device in a leading to the second flushing medium supply connection second flushing medium supply line, is arranged so that the flow rate can be adjusted as required by the second rinsing channel can.
- the outer linkage is advantageously concentric with the inner linkage arranged, creating a significant increase in stability of the drill string is accessible. Because of the increased Stability of the drill string can change the directional accuracy be increased further during drilling.
- the centering can be carried out in a technically and structurally simple manner of the outer rod in relation to the inner rod reach when each boring bar of the inner rod is in the area has a fastening device at both ends thereof, at the two facing ends of two successive jacket pipes of the outer linkage detachable are attachable. Due to the detachable fastening of the casing pipes their replacement is easy in the event of damage etc. possible.
- each drill rod of the inner rod is in the area of their both ends has a guide recess, which the her assigned fastening device rotatably and in the axial direction slidably, it is possible that that the outer pipes existing with the casing pipes neither with the Impact stroke to be transmitted impact energy, still with the the rotation of the drill string to transmit rotational energy is applied.
- the jacket pipes arise Loads due to the friction between the outer surface the casing pipes and the borehole wall or at one Breaking the linkage. The wear of the casing pipes is therefore comparatively small. Nevertheless, the jacket tube can having external linkages reliably prevent larger amounts of rock penetrate into the borehole. The loss a drill pipe due to lack of tractability the same in the event of disturbances in the borehole is thus excluded.
- a non-rotatable attachment of the outer linkage to the inner linkage is achieved in a simple manner in that the fastening devices with a positive fit in the circumferential direction are connected to the lead recesses.
- the drilling device according to the invention one can be particularly favorable ratio between the borehole diameter on the one hand and the diameter of the drill pipe on the other to reach. This results in an improved Flushing the borehole as well as a higher effectiveness with the Removal of the cuttings from the bottom of the borehole. This improved flushing is achieved by the invention provided second rinsing channel designed even more optimal. Especially for large holes in the area of borehole diameters between 70 and 180 mm, the invention Drilling device with optimal achievement of the your achievable advantages are used.
