Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung für die Herstellung eines Motorblocks mit zum Verbund mit Gussmaterial in eine Gießform einbezogenen, jeweils an einem Sitz gehaltenen Zylinderlaufbüchsen (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz für eine Zylinderlaufbüchse (5) jeweils zwei Sitzflächen (13,14) aufweist, die an gegenüberliegenden Enden der Zylinderlaufbüchsen (5) angreifen, wobei die Sitzflächen (13,14) konisch mit einem Neigungswinkel zur Büchsenquerschnittsebene derart ausgebildet sind, daß die Büchsenenden bei Wärmeausdehnung der Zylinderlaufbüchsen (5) in Vorbereitung und während des Gießens in Anlage gegen die Sitzflächen (13,14) verbleiben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel α1 bzw. α2 der Sitzflächen (13, 14) die Bedingung tan α1 + tan α2 = l/r erfüllt, worin l die sich zwischen Angriffspunkten an den Sitzflächen (13, 14) erstreckende Büchsenlänge und r den zugehörigen Radius bezeichnen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Winkel α1 und α2 gleich groß sind, so daß gilt: tan α1 = l/d, worin d einen zur Büchsenlänge l zugehörigen Durchmesser bezeichnet und α gleich α1 bzw. α2 ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderlaufbüchsen entsprechend den Sitzflächen (13, 14) geneigte konische Endflächen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endflächen unter Bildung einer durch das Gußmaterial ausfüllbaren Ringhinterschneidung über die Sitzflächen hinaus vorstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gußmaterial Aluminium oder eine Aluminiumlegierung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Büchsenmaterial Grauguß, Aluminium oder eine Aluminiumlegierung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderlaufbüchsen außenseitig profiliert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderlaufbüchsen außenseitig eine Beschichtung zur Herstellung einer metallischen Verbindung zwischen den Laufbüchsen und dem Gußmaterial aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung AlSi5, AlSi9 oder/und Zn aufweist.
- Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Motorblocks, wobei zum Verbund mit Gußmaterial in eine Gießform für den Motorblock Zylinderlaufbüchsen (5) einbezogen und an einem Sitz gehaltert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Sitz für eine Zylinderlaufbüchse (5) jeweils zwei Sitzflächen (13,14) gebildet werden, die an gegenüberliegenden Enden der Zylinderlaufbüchsen (5) angreifen, wobei die Sitzflächen (13, 14) konisch mit einem Neigungswinkel zur Büchsenquerschnittsebene derart ausgebildet werden, daß die Büchsenenden bei Wärmeausdehnung der Zylinderlaufbüchsen (5) in Vorbereitung und während des Gießens in Anlage gegen die Sitzflächen verbleiben.
