Claims (17)
- Dispositif de confection de torches (20) d'un élément longiligne (2) délivré par une ligne de production (1) dudit élément longiligne fonctionnant en continu,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprenddeux postes (A,B) de confection de torche, disposés côte à côte selon une direction perpendiculaire à un axe (X) longitudinal de ladite ligne de production. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bâti fixe (300) disposé en une position centrale dudit dispositif, ledit bâti fixe séparant les deux postes de confection de torche et portant sur chacune des ses faces tournée vers un poste de confection de torche une première flasque (32) montée en rotation libre sur un palier (320) disposé dans ledit bâti fixe, chaque poste de confection de torche comprenant en outre un bâti mobile (31), apte à être entraíné en déplacement le long de moyens de guidage de déplacement (30) disposés perpendiculairement audit axe X, de part et d'autre dudit bâti fixe entre une position de fermeture du poste (B) et une position d'ouverture du poste (A), chaque bâti mobile portant, sur sa face tournée vers le bâti fixe, une deuxième flasque (33) montée en rotation sur un palier (330) disposé dans ledit bâti mobile, des moyens d'entraínement en rotation (331) étant aptes à mettre indépendamment en rotation chaque deuxième flasque (33).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chacune des premières (32) et deuxièmes flasques (33) est constituée d'un disque central (322, 333) sur le périmètre extérieur duquel une pluralité de segments de couronne circulaire (321, 332) s'étendent radialement, un espace libre séparant chaque segment (321, 332) de son segment voisin.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque segment de couronne circulaire (332) des deuxièmes flasques (32) porte un élément mobile (34) constitué notamment d'un segment d'appui intérieur (340) s'étendant perpendiculairement à ladite deuxième flasque en direction de la première flasque, la longueur de chacun desdits segments d'appui intérieur correspondant essentiellement à la largeur maximum d'une torche à confectionner, la position radiale de chacun desdits segments d'appui intérieur sur les segments de couronne circulaire (332) étant identiques, de manière à ce que les faces externes desdits segments d'appui intérieurs forment des portions d'un cercle dont le diamètre correspond au diamètre inférieur de la torche à former.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments mobiles (34) d'une deuxième flasque (33) sont aptes à être simultanément déplacés radialement par l'action de moyens d'entraínement (35).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraínement (35) de chaque élément mobile (34) comprend notamment une vis sans fin (350) disposée radialement et un trou taraudé (352 ;343) disposé sur une portion (351 ;342) faisant corps avec le segment d'appui intérieur (340) correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraínement (35) de chaque élément mobile (34) comprend de plus un dispositif d'abaissement temporaire de l'ensemble des segments d'appui intérieurs (340) d'une flasque (33).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'abaissement temporaire est constitué d'un vérin (353) dont le corps est fixé audit segment d'appui intérieur (340) et d'un bloc (351) muni d'un trou taraudé (352) coopérant avec la vis sans fin (350), une première biellette (355) reliant une extrémité de la tige (354) dudit vérin à une portion de guidage (342) du segment d'appui intérieur et une deuxième biellette (356) reliant la même extrémité de la tige (354) dudit vérin audit bloc (351), un actionnement dudit vérin provoquant un rapprochement du segment d'appui intérieur relativement audit bloc, respectivement un abaissement temporaire dudit segment d'appui intérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque segment d'appui intérieur (340) porte un segment d'appui latéral (341) constitué d'une portion de surface en forme de portion de couronne circulaire, s'étendant radialement depuis ledit segment d'appui intérieur et parallèlement à la deuxième flasque (33), ledit segment d'appui latéral comportant un moyen de fixation (341) apte à le fixer selon une pluralité de positions le long dudit segment d'appui intérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque poste (A,B) est muni d'un moyen de verrouillage (36,360,361,362) dudit poste en position fermée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de verrouillage est constitué d'un arbre de liaison (36) fixé d'un côté sur une portion centrale du disque central (333) de la deuxième flasque (33), s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan dudit disque central en direction de la première flasque (32), l'extrémité libre dudit arbre de liaison portant un premier dispositif de verrouillage (360) apte à coopérer avec un deuxième dispositif de verrouillage (361) disposé sur une portion correspondante du disque central (322) de la première flasque et d'un dispositif d'actionnement (362) apte à commander le verrouillage ou le déverrouillage desdits dispositifs de verrouillage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque poste (A,B) est muni d'un moyen d'entraínement en rotation simultanée de la première flasque(32) avec la deuxième flasque (33), constitué d'au moins un toc d'entraínement (370,371).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un dispositif de trancanage (4) apte à être déplacé le long de moyens de guidage (40) disposés parallèlement aux moyens de guidage (30) dudit dispositif, afin que ledit dispositif de trancanage puisse disposer une longueur déterminée dudit élément longiligne (2) afin de former une torche alternativement sur un poste de formation de torche (A) et sur l'autre poste de formation de torche (B).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de trancanage comprend en outre un dispositif de coupe (41) dudit élément longiligne (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un dispositif de ligature (5) apte à être déplacé le long de moyens de guidage (50) disposés parallèlement aux moyens de guidage (30) dudit dispositif, afin que ledit dispositif de ligature puisse effectuer au moins une ligature de la torche alternativement sur un poste de formation de torche (A) et sur l'autre poste de formation de torche (B).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens d'évacuation automatiques (6) aptes à évacuer une torche (20) terminée sur l'un ou l'autre des postes de formation de torche selon une direction vers l'aval dudit dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une unité de commande (7) apte à commander automatiquement au moins une opération de fonctionnement dudit dispositif.
