- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe, suivant la ligne V-V, de la charnière représentée à la figure 4.
Claims (9)
- Charnière (10) pour ouvrant de véhicule automobile comportant un premier charnon (1), fixé à l'ouvrant, et un second charnon (2), fixé à un élément de structure du véhicule, solidarisés entre eux par un axe d'articulation (7), ledit second charnon (1) comportant une platine de fixation (21) munie d'un pion pilote (5) s'insérant à travers un alésage de l'élément de structure pour servir de référence de positionnement à ladite charnière (10), caractérisée en ce que ledit pion pilote (5) est déplaçable axialement sur la platine (21) afin d'occuper une position de réglage dans laquelle le corps du pion pilote (5) permet une modification de la position du second charnon (2) sur l'élément de structure.
- Charnière (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite position de réglage du pion pilote (5) autorise la modification de la position du second charnon (2) sur l'élément de structure selon un seul axe du plan de la platine (21).
- Charnière (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit pion pilote (5) comporte un corps cylindrique (51) monté serré dans un trou (23) de la platine (21), ledit corps cylindrique (51) faisant saillie de part et d'autre de la platine (21) et comportant, du côté opposé à l'élément de structure, une portion, munie de deux méplats (53) parallèles, pouvant être amenée au niveau de la platine (21) par déplacement axial du pion pilote (5) afin de permettre le déplacement relatif du second charnon (2) par rapport à l'élément de structure du véhicule selon un axe perpendiculaire aux méplats (53).
- Charnière (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux méplats (53) s'étendent le long du corps du pion (51) depuis la tête (52) sur une longueur légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur de la platine (21).
- Charnière (10) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le pion pilote (5) comporte une extrémité conique facilitant la mise en placc dudit pion pilote (5) à travers l'alésage de l'élément de structure, l'autre extrémité du pion pilote (5) étant munie d'une tête (52) de diamètre supérieur au corps cylindrique (51) et servant de zone de frappe, par exemple pour un marteau, pour déplacer axialement le pion pilote (51) le long du trou (23).
- Charnière (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite tête (52) du pion pilote (5) comporte une fente (54) permettant de modifier l'orientation du pion pilote (5) au moyen d'un tournevis.
- Charnière (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la charnière (2) comporte deux vis de fixation (6) permettant son immobilisation définitive sur l'élément de structure.
- Procédé pour le montage d'un ouvrant muni d'une charnière (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel on amène, dans un premier temps, le pion pilote (5) en regard de l'alésage, on effectue le montage de la charnière en effectuant un léger préserrage des vis de fixation de la charnière, puis on vérifie la localisation de l'ouvrant sur son encadrement, caractérisé en ce que, en cas de mauvaise localisation de l'ouvrant, on déplace axialement le pion pilote (5) sur la platine (21) pour l'amener dans une position de réglage permettant le déplacement latéral de la platine (21) sur l'élément de structure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8 pour le montage d'un ouvrant muni d'une charnière selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que préalablement au déplacement du pion pilote (5) dans la position de réglage, on oriente ledit pion pilote (5) au moyen d'un tournevis pour amener les deux méplats parallèles (53) perpendiculairement à la direction dans laquelle on souhaite effectuer le déplacement de la charnière (10).
