Abstract

Anordnung (100) zum Dosieren von Granulat, Treibmittel, Explosivstoff, Schießpulver, und anderen schüttfähigen Substanzen (102), mit einen Behälter (200) mit Verschluß (500, 550) und einer Dosiereinheit (300) mit einer Messkammer (301) die zum Dosierens mit dem Behälter (200) definiert verbindbar ist, wobei der Verschluß (500, 550) in Geschlossenstellung (130) gehalten ist und zum Öffnen mit einem Betätigungsmittel (502, 554) in eine Offenstellung (132) überführbar ist. Es ist ein den Verschluß (500,550) in der Geschlossenstellung (130) sicherndes Sperrmittel (532) vorgesehen ist, um unbeabsichtigtes Freisetzen der Substanz zu verhindern, wobei das Sperrmittel (532) beim Verbinden, von der Dosiereinheit (300), spätesten bei Erreichen der Befüllungslage (131) freigebbar ist, um eine zwanghafte Steuerung zu bewirken, und/oder ein die Dosiereinheit (300) in in der Befüllungslage (131) haltendes Haltemittel (539) vorgesehen ist, um die Zuordnung von Dosiereinheit (300) und Behälter (200) in der Befüllungslage (131) zu arretieren. Die Dosiereinheit (200) weist einen Messhalter (340) und mit diesem verbindbare Messkörper (311, 312, 313, 314, 410, 420, 430, 440, 450) auf. Der Behälter weist ein im Inneren drosselnd wirkendes dynamisches Querkraft auf, wobei ein den Behälter aufnehmender Klemmhalter (600) mit einer selbstspannenden Vierpunktanlage, der aufnehmbar ist in einem Haltegerät (700) mit Druckausgleichsmittel (771) zur semistationären Befestigung. Für aus mehreren Teilen bestehende Behälter (200) ist eine Klebeverbindung (202) offenbart. Schließlich sind bevorzugte Verwendungen angegeben;vgl. Fig. 1 und 71.
