Abstract
Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en plan d'une montre équipée d'un mécanisme de quantième annuel selon l' invention;
- la figure 2 est une vue en plan du mécanisme de quantième annuel équipant la montre de la figure 1, cette figure illustrant la situation des rouages le 30 d'un mois de moins de trente et un jour à 21 heures;
- les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues analogues à celles de la figure 2, la situation des rouages étant représentée respectivement le 30 de ce même mois à minuit et le ler du mois suivant à 2 heures 30 minutes;
- la figure 5 une vue en plan du mécanisme de quantième annuel équipant la montre de la figure 1, cette figure illustrant la situation des rouages le 30 d'un mois de trente et un jour à 21 heures;
- les figures 6 et 7 sont des vue analogues à celles de la figure 5, la situation des rouages étant représentée respectivement le 31 de ce même mois à 21 heures et le 1er du mois suivant à 21 heures;
- la figure 8 est une coupe selon la ligne VIII-VIII de la figure 2; et
- la figure 9 est une vue en plan agrandie de la came des mois et de la bascule de correction qui explicite la fonction de la came des mois par rapport aux mois de l'année.
Claims (14)
- Mécanisme de quantième annuel pour pièce d'horlogerie comportant un disque des quantièmes muni d'une première denture intérieure comportant trente et une dents et sur lequel sont apposés trente et un chiffres correspondant chacun à une indication d'un quantième du mois, lesdites indications apparaissant successivement à travers un guichet percé dans un cadran, et un mobile entraíneur de quantième, ledit mobile comprenant un doigt susceptible d'entraíner d'un pas une fois par jour ledit disque des quantièmes par une des dents de la première denture intérieure pour commander l'affichage du quantième, caractérisé en ce que le disque des quantièmes comprend une deuxième denture intérieure prévue pour entraíner à la fin de chaque mois, via un train d'engrenage, une came des mois portant au moins cinq dents ou creux correspondant aux mois de moins de trente et un jours, chacune de ces dents étant arrangée pour se trouver, à la fin des mois de moins de trente et un jours, sur le chemin du bec d'une bascule et en ce que ladite bascule porte un mobile entraíneur de correction équipé d'un doigt de correction susceptible de coopérer avec la première ou la deuxième denture à la fin des mois cités pour entraíner le disque des quantièmes d'un pas supplémentaire à la fin desdits mois lorsque la bascule a pivoté suite au passage de son bec sur une dent de la came des mois.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième denture comprend deux dents coopérant respectivement avec ledit train d'engrenage et le doigt de correction solidaire du mobile entraíneur de correction.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux dents sont espacées l'une de l'autre d'un trente et unième de tour.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mobile entraíneur de correction est entraíné à partir de la roue des heures par l'entremise d'un mobile intermédiaire
- Mécanisme de quantième selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le mobile entraíneur de correction est entraíné pour faire un tour par vingt-quatre heures.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un ressort qui rappelle le bec de bascule vers la came des mois.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents de la came des mois comprennent un flanc incliné et un flanc droit.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le doigt de correction engrène sur la première ou la deuxième denture lors du glissement dudit bec sur ledit flan incliné des dents de la came des mois et se dégage de ladite denture lorsque ledit bec, rappelé par le ressort de rappel de la bascule, glisse le long du flan droit desdites dents.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les première et deuxième dentures du disque des quantièmes s'étendent respectivement dans des plans différents.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la première denture s'étend au dessous de la deuxième denture.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le disque des quantièmes comprend un disque annulaire inférieur portant la première denture et supportant un disque annulaire supérieur portant la deuxième denture, la face supérieure dudit disque annulaire supérieur portant à son tour les indications des quantièmes du mois.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un sautoir est disposé entre deux dents successives de la première denture du disque des quantièmes.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la came des mois comprend cinq dents réparties successivement à 60°, 60°, 90°, 60° et 90° et est entraínée pour faire un tour complet par année.
- Mécanisme de quantième selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que des indications identifiant les mois de l'année sont apposés sur la came des mois, ces indications apparaissant à travers un guichet percé dans le cadran
