Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von Postgut, das in Form von flachen rechteckförmigen, insbesondere briefartigen Stückgütern (1) vorliegt, aus einem Stapel eines Stapelmagazines (2) mittels einer Abzieheinrichtung (4), die ein im wesentlichen transversal zur Stapelrichtung bewegbares Abziehorgan (3) für das jeweils zu entnehmende Stückgut (1) aufweist,wobei die Stapelrichtung eine senkrechte Komponente aufweistwobei das Abziehorgan (3) auf der Unterseite des Stapels angeordnet ist,wobei auf der Unterseite des Stapelmagazins (2) seitlich des Abziehorganes (3) zum Begrenzen der Nachrutschbewegung des gestapelten Stückguts (1) zumindest ein in den Stapelbereich hineinragender Anschlag (13) vorgesehen ist, und wobei eine Auflagefläche des Abziehorgans (3) in der Stapelrichtung relativ zum Anschlag in ihrer Höhenlage in zeitlicher Abstimmung mit dem Abziehvorgang veränderbar sind,daß die Stückgüter (1) in ihrer diagonalen Richtung aus dem Stapel herausziehbar ist ,daß die Stückgüter (1) im Stapel an in der Abziehrichtung rückseitigen Seitenwänden des Stapelmagazins (2) ausgerichtet sind,daß die Auflagefläche des Abziehorgans (3) quer zur Abziehrichtung schmaler ist als die Diagonale des kleinsten Stückgutes (1) unddaß der Anschlag (13) zumindest eine in der Abziehrichtung stegartige Anschlagfläche bildet, die sich entlang der rückseitigen Führungswände (14) auf deren Unterseite erstreckt,daß der Anschlag (13) und das Abziehorgan (3) zu Beginn des Abziehvorganges impulsartig mittels eines Impulsgebers (11) in der Stapelrichtung relativ zueinander derart bewegbar sind, daß das abzuziehende Stückgut (1) gegenüber den nachfolgenden Stückgütern (1) kurzzeitig entlastet und aus den Auflagebereich des Anschlags (13) entfernt werden kann und daß unmittelbar anschließend sich die Anschlagfläche oberhalb der Auflagefläche befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stapelmagazin (2) eine schräge Stapelrichtung aufweist, die gegen die Abziehrichtung geneigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die impulsartige Bewegung zum Stapel hin und/oder vom Stapel weg gerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abzieheinrichtung als Linearförderer (4) und das Abziehorgan als Förderband (3) des Linearförderers (4) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abziehorgan (3) zu Beginn des Abziehvorganges in der Stapelrichtung impulsartig bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearförderer (4) um eine Umlenkrolle (6) für das Förderband (3) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrolle (6) außerhalb einer zur Stapelrichtung senkrechten Projektionsfläche des Stapels in der Nähe von dessen der Abziehrichtung abgewandten Unterseite (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Stapelmagazin (2) mit dem Anschlag (13) versehen ist unddaß der Linearförderer (4) aus dem Wirkungsbereich des Stapelmagazines (2) herausschwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag zu Beginn der Abziehbewegung in der Stapelrichtung impulsartig bewegbar ist - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (13) zu Beginn der Abziehbewegung impulsartig vom Stapel weg zum Abziehorgan hin bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abziehrichtung des Abziehorgans (3) stumpfwinkelig zur Stapelrichtung verläuft.
