Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Getriebe-Turbokompressoranlage mit einer Antriebsmaschine (1), mindestens einer radialen Verdichterstufe (2) und mindestens einem Gaskühler (3) zur Zwischenkühlung oder Nachkühlung des verdichteten Gasstromes. Die Antriebsmaschine (1), die Verdichterstufe (2) und der Gaskühler (3) sind in einem gemeinsamen Maschinengestell angeordnet. Der Gaskühler (3) besteht aus einem liegend angeordneten zylindrischen Mantel (8) und einem Rohrbündel aus parallelen, von einer Kühlflüssigkeit durchströmbaren Rohren und ist durch eine Rohrleitung (4) mit mindestens einer Verdichterstufe (2) verbunden. Der zylindrische Mantel (8) des Gaskühlers weist eine Gaseintrittsöffnung und eine Gasaustrittsöffnung auf, die in einem fest vorgegebenen Abstand zueinander nahe den Rohrböden angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist zumindest ein Abschnitt des Mantels (8) von einem Außenmantel (11) umgeben, wobei der Außenmantel (11) und der die Rohre umschließende Mantel (8) einen gasdurchströmten Ringraum begrenzen. An den Außenmantel (11) ist zumindest ein Rohrstutzen (13) für den Gaseintritt oder Gasaustritt angeschlossen, dessen Position variabel nach Maßgabe der den Gaskühler (3) mit einer Verdichterstufe (2) verbindenden Rohrleitung (4) festlegbar ist. The invention relates to a geared turbo compressor system with a drive machine (1), at least one radial compressor stage (2) and at least one gas cooler (3) for intermediate cooling or aftercooling of the compressed gas stream. The drive machine (1), the compressor stage (2) and the gas cooler (3) are arranged in a common machine frame. The gas cooler (3) consists of a cylindrical jacket (8) arranged horizontally and a tube bundle made of parallel tubes through which a cooling liquid can flow and is connected by a pipe (4) to at least one compressor stage (2). The cylindrical jacket (8) of the gas cooler has a gas inlet opening and a gas outlet opening which are arranged at a fixed predetermined distance from one another near the tube sheets. According to the invention, at least a section of the jacket (8) is surrounded by an outer jacket (11), the outer jacket (11) and the jacket (8) surrounding the pipes delimiting an annular space through which gas flows. At least one pipe socket (13) for the gas inlet or gas outlet is connected to the outer jacket (11), the position of which can be variably determined in accordance with the pipe (4) connecting the gas cooler (3) to a compressor stage (2).
