Description
Beispielsweise müssen Hebebänder oft unter Lasten hindurchschoben werden, was aufgrund ihrer geringen Eigensteifigkeit Schwierigkeiten bereitetThe invention relates to a lifting belt for lifting and transporting loads, about boxes, pipes or the like. Bands are often coated with plastic used to protect the tape from cuts, wear, moisture or To protect pollution. Both the uncoated and the coated Lifting straps have the disadvantage that they have low inherent rigidity and are therefore difficult to handle in some situations.
The object of the invention is to propose a lifting strap that is easier to handle is.
This object is achieved by a lifting strap with the features of claim 1 solved. The lifting strap then comprises a two-layer strap part, which, depending on the type the load to be lifted is designed to be more or less long. Between those an intermediate layer is formed from two layers of the fabric belts forming the belt part arranged flexible plastic material. This three-layer structure gives the lifting strap so much inherent rigidity that it can easily be pushed through a load and can be gripped from the other side of the load. simultaneously the fabric tape is so flexible that it is wrapped around a load and with its ends, which are preferably designed as loops, in a crane hook can be hung. Because of their bending stiffness and kink stability the lifting straps can also be easily pushed through openings. The three-layer structure also ensures that the lifting straps are relatively wide can cantilever without kinking.
In a preferred embodiment, the band part goes in on both sides of the Loops formed over loops. In a further advantageous embodiment the strap part or the entire lifting strap is ring-shaped. The fabric belts are approximately in the form of two concentric, radially spaced from the intermediate layer Rings arranged.
The intermediate layer is preferably made by pouring a flowable Plastic material between the fabric belts spaced apart in a mold receive. Polyurethane is preferably used as the plastic material. This material can be practically in the form of two flowable components Pour room temperature between the fabric belts. The liquid material can easily penetrate into the near-surface layers of the fabric straps. After this Hardening of the polyurethane becomes a firm bond between the intermediate layer and get the fabric straps.
- Fig. 1
- ein Hebeband mit Schlaufen,
- Fig. 2
- ein ringförmiges Hebeband, und
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 1
- a lifting strap with loops,
- Fig. 2
- an annular lifting strap, and
- Fig. 3
- a cross-section along the line III-III in Fig. 1 and 2nd
As can be seen from the drawings, a lifting strap according to the invention has
a band part 1, which is formed by two
Fig. 2 zeigt ein Hebeband, dessen Bandteil 1a keine Schlaufen aufweist, sondern
Fig. 2 shows a lifting strap, the strap part 1a has no loops, but
that is closed in a ring. It is composed of an outer fabric belt
7 and an inner fabric belt 8. Both belts are spaced radially
arranged to each other and with each other via a polyurethane
