Claims (27)
- Ensemble (100) pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit fluide comprenant un récipient interne (20), un moyen de distribution (11) destiné à venir en engagement sur une ouverture (24) du récipient, et une coque extérieure (1) comportant un corps rigide ou semi rigide (6) d'axe X, dont le fond (7) est ouvert, ladite coque (1) étant destinée à recevoir ledit récipient, via ledit fond ouvert, et comportant une ouverture (15) opposée au fond ouvert (7) pour permettre la mise en communication du récipient (20) avec l'extérieur, ladite coque (1) comportant des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) aptes à venir en engagement avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (25) portés par le récipient (20), de manière à immobiliser le récipient (20) à l'intérieur de la coque, ladite mise en engagement résultant d'une pression exercée axialement sur la coque et/ou sur le récipient, ladite coque extérieure (1) comportant au moins une ouverture latérale (40, 41) s'étendant au moins au voisinage des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de manière à permettre le passage d'un outil (43, 44) participant à la mise en engagement des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque avec les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (25) du récipient.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque (1) sont disposés à l'intérieur de la coque.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (25) du récipient (20) sont portés par un col rigide (23) surmontant le récipient interne (20) et dont un bord libre délimite ladite ouverture (24) dudit récipient.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (25) sont constitués d'une surface d'accrochage (25) formée sur la surface extérieure du col (23), et apte à venir en engagement avec au moins un élément élastiquement déformable (28, 29) porté par la coque extérieure (1).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le récipient interne (20) comporte des moyens (30) pour permettre à l'outil (43, 44) de maintenir le récipient interne (20) lors de l'accrochage du récipient interne (20) sur la coque extérieure (1).
- Ensemble selon les revendications 3 ou 4, et 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour permettre audit outil de maintenir le récipient interne sont constitués d'un épaulement (30) formé par le col rigide (23) au voisinage d'une extrémité du col (23), opposée audit bord libre, ledit épaulement (30) étant apte à former une surface, tournée à l'opposée du bord libre, et apte à être mise en engagement avec une extrémité libre d'au moins un bras (43, 44) de l'outil.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5 ou 6 caractérisé en ce que la ou les ouvertures latérales (40, 41) sont disposées de manière à permettre le maintien du récipient interne (20) par l'outil (43, 44) lors d'un déplacement axial relatif du récipient interne (20) par rapport à la coque extérieure (1), depuis le fond ouvert (7) de la coque jusqu'à la mise en engagement des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque (1) avec les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (25) du récipient interne.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) ouverture(s) (40, 41) est (sont) constituée(s) d'au moins une fente débouchant sur le fond ouvert (7) de la coque et s'étendant jusqu'au voisinage des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque (1).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que la coque extérieure comporte au moins deux fentes (40, 41) disposées à intervalles réguliers sur sa périphérie, et délimitant au moins deux portions élastiquement déformables (50, 51).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) fente(s) (40, 41) débouchent sur le fond ouvert (7) de la coque (1) en formant un profil (47) apte à coopérer avec un profil complémentaire formé par le (ou les) bras (43, 44) dudit outil.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que ledit profil (47) est en forme de V dont le sommet est orienté à l'opposé du fond ouvert (7) de la coque extérieure.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 11 caractérisé en ce que la section du récipient interne (20), au moins dans sa partie adjacente au col (23), est supérieure ou égale à la section au repos du fond ouvert (7) de la coque extérieure (1).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11 et 12 caractérisé en ce que les fentes (40, 41) sont sensiblement jointives sur une portion (46) adjacente au fond ouvert (7) de la coque.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 caractérisé en ce que la coque extérieure (1) est de section transversale allongée, et définit deux grandes faces (2, 3) , une ouverture latérale (40, 41) étant ménagée au voisinage des moyens d'accrochage, sensiblement au milieu de chacune des grandes faces (2, 3).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 caractérisé en ce que la coque extérieure (1) et le récipient interne (20) sont réalisés en matériau thermoplastique, la coque extérieure (1) étant réalisée notamment en polypropylène, le récipient interne (20) étant réalisé notamment en polyéthylène basse densité.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient interne (20) est constitué d'une poche souple.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de distribution (11) sont constitués d'une valve ou d'une pompe (11), surmontée d'un bouton poussoir (16).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de distribution (11) sont solidaires de la coque extérieure.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 18 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de distribution (11) sont montés, notamment par claquage, à l'intérieur d'une cheminée axiale (10) portée par la coque extérieure (1), ladite cheminée (10) ayant une extrémité tournée vers le fond ouvert (7), et formant une jupe d'étanchéité (18) à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (24) du récipient (20).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, après montage du récipient interne (20) à l'intérieur de la coque rigide (1), le fond ouvert de ladite coque est obturé par un fond rapporté (31).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'une étiquette est apposée sur la coque extérieure, en regard de la (ou des) ouverture(s) latérales.
- Procédé de montage d'un ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution (100) du type à récipient interne (20) disposé à l'intérieur d'une coque extérieure (1) rigide ou semi-rigide d'axe X, et surmonté d'un organe de distribution (11) pour la mise en communication du récipient (20) avec l'extérieur via une ouverture (15), comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) introduire le récipient interne (20) à l'intérieur de la coque extérieure (1), via un fond ouvert (7) de ladite coque, et déplacer l'un relativement à l'autre selon l'axe X de la coque, jusqu'à ce que des moyens d'accrochage (25) du récipient interne (20) soient au voisinage de moyens d'accrochage correspondants (26-29) prévus sur la coque extérieure (1); etb) au travers d'au moins une ouverture (40, 41) ménagée dans une paroi latérale de la coque (1), au moins au voisinage des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque extérieure (1), introduire un outil de montage (43, 44); etc) en s'aidant de l'outil de montage (43, 44), forcer les moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque (1) à venir en engagement d'accrochage avec les moyens d'accrochage (25) du récipient interne (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 22 caractérisé en ce que ledit déplacement axial relatif est obtenu par déplacement du récipient interne (20) à l'intérieur de la coque extérieure (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 22 ou 23 caractérisé en ce que ledit outil (43, 44) est utilisé en outre pour permettre ledit déplacement axial relatif du récipient interne (20) par rapport à la coque extérieure (1), ladite coque extérieure comportant au moins deux fentes (40, 41) ménagées sur la paroi latérale de la coque extérieure (1), et délimitant au moins deux portions de coque (50, 51) élastiquement déformables, lesdites fentes (40, 41) débouchant sur le fond ouvert (7) de la coque (1) et s'étendant jusqu'à une extrémité (42) située au voisinage des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque, ledit outil comportant au moins deux bras (43, 44) qui, lors dudit déplacement axial, sont engagés à coulisse à l'intérieur d'une fente respective (40, 41), et dont une extrémité libre est en engagement avec une surface d'accrochage (30) du récipient interne (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 24 caractérisé en ce que les fentes (40, 41) sont jointives sur une portion (46) adjacente au fond ouvert de sorte que le coulissement des bras (43, 44) de l'outil dans cette portion provoque un écartement par déformation élastique desdites portions de coque (50, 51) élastiquement déformables, dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe X, lesdites fentes (40, 41) étant, entre ladite portion jointive (46) et ladite extrémité (42) située au voisinage des moyens d'accrochage (26-29) de la coque, de largeur supérieure ou égale à la largeur des bras (43, 44) de manière à permettre un coulissement libre des bras (43, 44).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 25 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre l'étape suivante :d) après accrochage du récipient (20) à l'intérieur de la coque extérieure (1), obturer le fond ouvert (7) de ladite coque au moyen d'un moyen de fermeture approprié (31).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 26 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre l'étape suivante :e) apposer une étiquette sur la coque extérieure en regard de la (ou des) ouverture(s) latérale(s).
