Claims (14)
- Machine de distribution de produits alimentaires ou autres pour le bétail, comportant au moins une benne (1) pour transporter les produits, un ventilateur d'éjection (9) situé à une extrémité de la benne (1) et au moins un tambour démêleur (15) situé entre les produits et le ventilateur d'éjection (9), lesquels ventilateur d'éjection (9) et tambour démêleur (15) sont entraínés en rotation durant le travail à partir d'un boítier de distribution (20) comportant au moins une sortie (22) à laquelle sont reliés des moyens de transmission (23) pour entraíner le tambour démêleur (15), caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de transmission (23) comprennent au moins une courroie de transmission (26) à laquelle est associé un dispositif d'embrayage (27).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de transmission (23) comprennent également un arbre d'entraínement (25) qui s'étend de la première sortie (22) jusqu'à une paroi latérale (6) de la benne (1) et qui porte à son extrémité dépassant ladite paroi latérale (6) une poulie (28) pour la courroie de transmission (26) qui passe sur une deuxième poulie (29) qui est liée au tambour démêleur (15).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif d'embrayage (27) se compose d'un tendeur (30) qui est monté sur un axe de rotation (31) disposé sur un balancier (32) articulé sur un pivot (33) qui est solidaire d'une paroi latérale (6) de la benne (1).
- Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un vérin (36) pour régler la position dudit tendeur (30).
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que le vérin hydraulique (36) est articulé au moyen d'un axe (38) sur un levier (39) qui est lui-même articulé sur le pivot (33).
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que le levier (39) porte une bague oscillante (41) à travers laquelle s'étend une tige d'actionnement (42) dont une extrémité est articulée sur le balancier (32) au moyen d'un axe (43).
- Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que la deuxième extrémité de la tige d'actionnement (42) comporte un écrou d'arrêt (44) et qu'entre cet écrou d'arrêt (44) et la bague oscillante (41) est disposé un ressort de pression (45) qui exerce constamment une poussée sur la tige d'actionnement (42).
- Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que la bague oscillante (41) se situe sur le levier (39) entre le pivot (33) et l'axe d'articulation (38) du vérin hydraulique (36) sur ledit levier (39).
- Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le balancier (32) se compose de deux parties (34 et 35) qui s'étendent sur des côtés opposés par rapport au pivot (33) et que l'axe d'articulation (43) de la tige d'actionnement (42) se situe sur la partie (35) alors que l'axe d'articulation (31) du tendeur (30) se situe sur la partie (34) opposée.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que le balancier (32) comporte une butée (40) pour le levier (39).
- Machine selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait que la butée (40) est placée sur la partie (35) du balancier (32) qui, par rapport au pivot (33), est opposée à celle qui porte le tendeur (30).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte au moins un tambour démêleur supplémentaire qui est parallèle au tambour démêleur (15) et qui est entraíné en rotation à partir de celui-ci.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un dispositif d'arrêt (46) de l'entraínement d'un tapis (18) de déplacement des produits dans la benne (1), lequel dispositif d'arrêt (46) se situe dans la zone de déplacement du levier (39) autour du pivot (33).
- Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif d'arrêt (46) comporte un poussoir (47) qui est actionné par le levier (39).
