Abstract
Description
In einer zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Ausgangsrohr bzw. das Steigrohr an seinem Unterende zum Bilden des Anschlußabschnittes auf den Anschlußdurchmesser und an seinem Oberende zum Bilden des an einen Ventileinsatz angepaßten Ventilgehäuses umgeformt und insbesondere aufgeweitet.

Claims (16)
- Anschlußvorrichtung für einen Heizkörper, insbesondere Plattenheizkörper, einer Warmwasser-Heizanlage, mit einem unteren Anschlußabschnitt für den Vorlauf eines Rohrnetzes, einem Steigrohr und einem oberen Ventilgehäusebereich an einem Zufluß in den Heizkörper,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Steigrohr (11) mit dem unteren Anschlußabschnitt (13) und/oder dem Ventilgehäuse (17) einstückig aus einem Ausgangsrohr aus verformbaren Metall durch spanlose Umformung hergestellt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ausgangsrohr bzw. das Steigrohr (11) an seinem Unterende (12) zum Bilden des Anschlußabschnittes (13) auf den Anschlußdurchmesser und an seinem Oberende zum Bilden des an einen Ventileinsatz (19) angepaßten Ventilgehäuses (17) umgeformt und insbesondere aufgeweitet ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Steigrohr (11) mit dem unteren Anschlußabschnitt (13) und dem Ventilgehäuse (17) aus einem Ausgangsrohr mit ovalem Querschnitt hergestellt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Ausgangsrohr mit rundem Querschnitt über eine im wesentlichen zwischen den Konvektionsblechen (31) angeordnete Rohrabschnittslänge in einen länglichen, insbesondere ovalen Querschnitt des Steigrohres (11) umgeformt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im unteren Anschlußbereich (13) ein Innengewinde (15) und/oder ein Außengewinde (14) angeformt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rohrwand im unteren Anschlußbereich (13) eine Verdickung (24) aufweist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verdickung (24) durch eine Umlegung der Rohrwand nach außen, durch eine Einziehung der Rohrwand nach innen oder durch eine Stauchung des Wandbereiches hergestellt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Innengewinde (15) und/oder das Außengewinde (14) spanlos oder spanend geformt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im unteren Anschlußbereich (13) ein Adapter (25; 28) für eine Klemmringverschraubung angeschraubt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Adapter (25) mit einem Gummi-Dichtungsring (26) am Innengewinde (15) abgedichtet ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Adapter (28) mit einem Teflon-Dichtungsring (29) am Innengewinde (15) abgedichtet ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Adapter aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Ventilsitzring bei einer Montage eines Ventileinsatzes (19) in das Ventilgehäuse (17) einbringbar ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Ventilgehäuse (17) ein Ventilsitzring (38) aufgenommen ist, der beim Formen des Ventilgehäuses (17) in diesem positioniert und festgelegt wird. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Ventilgehäuse (17) im Bereich des Ventilsitzes eine Konturöffnung (40) gebildet ist, und daß eine Hülse (39) eines Ventileinsatzes eingesetzt ist. - Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Adapter (45) als ein Dichtstopfen mit einem entfernbaren Dichtabschnitt (46) ausgebildet ist.
