Claims (21)
- Dispositif de fermeture, en particulier pour porte, comprenantune serrure (8) pourvue d'un pêne demi-tour (21),une têtière (7) présentant au moins une lumière et une plaque de support (35) fixée à la têtière,une noix (18) pouvant coopérer avec au moins une poignée, un moyen de rappel (71) destiné à agir sur le pêne demi-tour (21), lequel est agencé pour coopérer avec la noix (18), à coulissement dans la lumière de la têtière (7) entre une position de rétraction et une position en saillie,
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande précité (65) est formé par une bague comprenant un profil extérieur cylindrique (49) délimité par deux côtés pratiquement parallèles, ladite bague se rattachant par l'un des côtés précités à la noix (18) formant moyeu de manière à former une gorge annulaire (68) dans laquelle est logé le moyen de rappel (74), et en ce que l'ergot (66) précité est agencé radialement sur le pourtour extérieur du profil cylindrique (49) précité.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de réglage (4) est formé par un élément en saillie rapporté par rapport à la surface latérale du pêne demi-tour (21).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface latérale (99) du pêne demi-tour (21) est pourvu d'un nombre prédéterminé d'ouvertures (5) dans l'une desquelles peut être engagé de façon détachable ledit élément rapporté en saillie (4).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément saillant précité est formé par un coulisseau verrouillable (45).5'.- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément saillant est formé par un coulisseau (213) déplaçable en continu dans le pêne (210) sur une tige centrale (214) actionnable depuis l'extérieur par un couloir d'accès (201) agencé coaxialement avec la tige précitée (214).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen de rappel supplémentaire (71) coopérant directement avec le pêne demi-tour (21) de sorte que celui-ci (21) puisse être amené à sortir et se rétracter indépendamment de l'ergot (66) et de la poignée de porte (2).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen de réception (120) pour la serrure, en particulier, le pêne demi-tour (21), auquel il est spécifiquement adapté, lequel (120) est prévu pour être agencé sur un montant opposé (119) faisant face au montant (19) sur lequel est montée la serrure (8).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réception (120) précité comprend une plaque de réception (121) dans laquelle est prévu au moins un orifice (122, 123) de réception de pêne (21) correspondant qui est en alignement avec celui-ci, ainsi qu'une plaque de prise (125) s'y rattachant et prévue pour être saisie par l'utilisateur, comme une poignée.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de réception ajourée (121) et la plaque de prise (125) forment mutuellement un angle (α), notamment compris entre 35 et 55°, de préférence approximativement 45°.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de prise (125) est munie d'un élément formant poignée (126) adapté sur celle-ci (125).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément en poignée (126) est constitué d'une matière synthétique, de préférence appliquée par injection.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réception (120) précité fait fonction à la fois de plaque de réception pour l'introduction du pêne (21, 22), de moyen de consolidation du verrouillage par la présence de encoches dans lesquelles peuvent être verrouillés les pênes (21, 22) et de poignée permettant l'ouverture du second battant d'une double porte tournante.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un pêne dormant (22) agencé à coulissement dans la lumière de la têtière (7) entre une position de rétraction et une position en saillie et,un organe de verrouillage (55), agencé pour verrouiller le pêne (22) dans chacune de ses positions et pour être repoussé en position d'effacement,le pêne dormant (22) présentant une surface latérale (103) pratiquement parallèle à la plaque de support (35),
en ce que des moyens de guidage sont prévus sur la plaque de support précitée (35) de manière à autoriser un coulissement latéral de l'organe de verrouillage (55) par rapport au pêne dormant et parallèlement à la surface latérale (103) de celui-ci (22), entre ladite surface latérale (103) et les moyens de guidage (51). - Dispositif de fermeture suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le pêne dormant (22) présente un profil sensiblement cylindrique avec un épaulement (179) à partir duquel s'étend ladite surface latérale (103) de façon sensiblement plane et en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (55) consiste en une plaquette (50), qui est adaptable entre ladite surface latérale (103) du pêne dormant (22) et les moyens de guidage (51) et qui présente une boucle (53) faisant saillie par rapport à la plaquette (50), en se rattachant à la plaquette (50) à chacune de ses extrémités, en ce que le pêne dormant (22) présente un nombre prédéterminé d'entailles (83) qui sont alignées axialement au moins partiellement dans la surface latérale précitée (103) du pêne (22), et en ce qu'un autre moyen de rappel supplémentaire (39) est prévu, la boucle (53) étant agencée pour s'engager dans l'une des entailles (83) du pêne (22) sous l'action de l'autre moyen de rappel supplémentaire (39) précité.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la boucle (53) est agencée de façon sensiblement centrale sur la plaquette dans l'axe de chaque entaille (83).
- Dispositif de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (22) présente au moins deux encoches (76, 77, 78), qui sont alignées axialement et qui s'étendent transversalement par rapport à l'axe du pêne (22) en regard du taquet d'entraínement et pratiquement à l'opposé des entailles (83), de manière à permettre un engagement du taquet d'entraínement dans l'une des encoches (76, 77, 78).
- Dispositif de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les premier et deuxième moyens de rappel (39; 74) sont rattachés l'un à l'autre de manière à former un moyen de rappel unique, le premier moyen de rappel élastique consistant en un ressort en forme d'épingle à cheveux à deux branches (46, 47) et le deuxième moyen de rappel (74) consistant en un ressort spiral qui est enroulé concentriquement autour de la noix (18) dans la gorge annulaire (68) précitée, l'une des branches (47) du deuxième moyen de rappel (39) se rattachant à l'une des extrémités du premier moyen de rappel (74) et la zone d'extrémité libre de l'autre branche (46) agissant sur la boucle précitée (53).
- Dispositif de fermeture suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la têtière (7) est montée, au moyen d'au moins une douille de fixation (91; 92), sur un tube de support (19), notamment d'une porte, lequel présente un profil déterminé et est percé d'au moins une paire d'ouvertures mutuellement opposées (56, 57; 58, 59), chaque paire étant en alignement avec la lumière respective (36, 38) prévue dans la têtière (7) de façon à permettre le passage de chaque pêne (21, 22) au travers du tube de support (19), chaque douille de fixation ( 91; 92) étant serrée dans chaque lumière (36; 38) précitée de la têtière (7) en passant par la ou les paires d'ouvertures opposées (56, 57; 58, 59) du tube de support (19).
- Dispositif de fermeture suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que chaque douille (91; 92) présente à son extrémité libre au moins un premier moyen de prise (93) destiné à coopérer avec une clef de serrage extérieure (97) pourvue d'au moins un deuxième moyen de prise correspondant (98).
- Dispositif de fermeture suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un boítier intégré (10) présentant une forme d'étui aplati pourvu sur l'une des faces latérales (16) d'une ouverture allongée (33) agencée pour recevoir la têtière (7).
- Dispositif de fermeture suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pêne demi-tour présente une extrémité d'attaque profilée en biseau, de préférence entre 30° et 60°, de préférence encore entre 40° et 50°, le biseau étant orienté latéralement vers ce côté qui favorise une rétraction plus aisée du pêne demi-tour.
