Claims (8)
- Bande transporteuse textile constituée d'au moins deux couches à savoir une couche externe destinée à être en contact avec les objets et une couche interne destinée à être en contact avec le système mécanique de convoyage, la cohésion des couches (2,3,4,5) étant assurée par des fils de liage (6,7), caractérisée en ce que la couche externe (2,3) et les fils de liage (6,7) sont formés de fils composés de fibres, en mélange intime, d'une part en acier inoxydable et d'autre part en un matériau choisi parmi ceux qui, portés à haute température, se décomposent en carbone et en ce que la couche interne (4,5) est formée de fils ayant de bonnes propriétés à la fois de résistance mécanique et de résistance thermique.
- Bande transporteuse selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les fibres, en mélange intime avec l'acier inoxydable , qui se décomposent en carbone sont des fibres de para-aramide ou encore des fibres de polybenzimidazole.
- Bande transporteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que les fils constitutifs de la couche externe et les fils de liage sont constitués d'un mélange de 50 à 90% en poids de fibres d'acier inoxydable et de 10 à 50% en poids de fibres se décomposant à haute température en carbone.
- Bande transporteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que les fils constitutifs de la couche interne sont réalisés à partir de fibres de para-aramide.
- Bande transporteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce que les fils constitutifs de la couche externe et/ou de la couche interne sont renforcées par des filaments continus métalliques ou autres filaments à haute résistance mécanique et thermique.
- Bande transporteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue par un tissage multiplis comportant au moins deux plis correspondant respectivement à la couche externe et à la couche interne.
- Bande selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte quatre plis , les deux plis extérieurs (2,3) étant constitués , avec les fils de liage (6,7), d'un mélange intime de fibres d'acier inoxydable et de fibres d'aramide , tandis que le troisième et le quatrième plis (4,5) sont formés de fils obtenus à partir de fibres d'aramide.
- Bande selon la revendication 7 caractérisée en ce que les fils de chaíne et de trame des quatre plis (2,3,4,5) sont renforcés par des filaments continus métalliques ou des filaments d'un matériau à haute résistance mécanique et thermique.
