Description

Claims (11)
- Klappenaufhängung für Musikinstrumente, mit einem schwenkbeweglich gelagerten Halter,
und mit einer ein Tonloch des Musikinstrumentes verschließenden Klappe,
wobei die Klappe mit einer das Tonloch abdichtenden Dichtung versehen ist,
und wobei die Klappe verstellbar an dem Halter festgelegt ist und wobei sich eine Schraube durch eine Bohrung im Halter erstreckt, die mit dem Zentrum der Klappe fluchtet und wobei die Schraube wirksam mit der Klappe verbunden ist und bei unterschiedlichen Stellungen unterschiedliche Stellungen der Klappe zum Halter bedingt,
und wobei das Betätigungsende der Schraube von der der Klappe abgewandten Seite des Halters aus zugänglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Schraube (5) und der Klappe (3) ein schwingungsdämpfendes Zwischenstück (6a) angeordnet ist,
und daß der Halter (1) einen kugelsegmentförmig gebogenen Abschnitt aufweist,
wobei der Mittelpunkt der gedachten Kugel in der Ebene der Dichtfläche liegt,
und wobei die Bohrung (4) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als der sich durch die Bohrung (4) erstreckende Teil der Schraube (5),
und wobei die Schraube (5) eine dem Halter (1) anliegende Auflageplatte aufweist, deren Durchmesser größer ist als der Durchmesser der Bohrung (4),
und wobei die dem Halter (1) anliegende Oberfläche der Auflageplatte dem Halter entsprechend kugelsegmentförmig gebogen ist. - Klappenaufhängung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schraube (5) auf der zur Klappe (3) gerichteten Seite des Halters (1) eine Konterplatte zugeordnet ist, die dem Halter (1) entsprechend an ihrer dem Halter (1) anliegenden Oberfläche kugelsegmentartig gebogen ist.
- Klappenaufhängung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Schraube (5) zugeordnete Mutter (6) die Konterplatte ausbildet.
- Klappenaufhängung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusammenwirkenden Oberflächen des Halters (1) und der Konterplatte reibfreudig ausgestaltet sind.
- Klappenaufhängung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schraubenkopf die Auflageplatte ausbildet.
- Klappenaufhängung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageplatte durch eine separate Scheibe gebildet ist.
- Klappenaufhängung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Bohrung (4) wenigstens doppelt so groß ist wie der Durchmesser des sich durch die Bohrung (4) erstreckenden Teils der Schraube (5).
- Klappenaufhängung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Tastenfläche (8) und/oder ein Anschlag, durch das Zwischenstück (6a) von der Klappe (3) getrennt, vorgesehen ist.
- Klappenaufhängung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tastenfläche (8) und/oder der Anschlag auf dem Kopf der Schraube (5) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Schraube (5) umfangsmäßig eine Betätigungsfläche aufweist.
- Klappenaufhängung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tastenfläche (8) und/oder der Anschlag an der separaten Scheibe vorgesehen ist.
- Klappenaufhängung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (1) von seiner Schwenkachse aus gesehen über den Bereich der Schraube (5) hinaus verlängert ist und dort die Tastenfläche (8) und/oder den Anschlag aufweist.
