Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Beuteln (18) zu einer Station zum Öffnen der Beutel (18), mit1.1 einer umlaufenden Transporteinrichtung (1),1.2 eine Vielzahl von an der Transporteinrichtung (1) in Transportrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Haltegliedern (20), wobei1.3 mehrere Beutel (18) an je zwei Haltegliedern (20) im Bereich ihrer offenen Enden zur Bildung eines Beutelstapels (17) festlegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass1.4 die Halteglieder (20) lösbar in Halterungen (25) aufgenommen sind, die1.5 an der Transporteinrichtung angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Halterungen (25) in einem Rastermaß angeordnet sind, das kleiner ist als die Abmessungen der Beutel (18) in Transportrichtung der Transporteinrichtung (1) gemessen, vorzugsweise klein gegenüber dieser Abmessung.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halterungen (25) derart ausgebildet sind, daß
die Halteglieder (20) durch Auflaufen gegen einen Anschlag (14) aus ihnen gelöst werden können. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halteglieder (20) stiftartig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Beutel (18) Löcher (24) aufweisen, mit denen sie auf die Halteglieder (20) aufgesteckt werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halteglieder (20) einen umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmigen Kopf (36) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halteglieder (20) einen verbreiterten Fuß (32) aufweisen, mit dem sie in den Halterungen (25) festlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halteglieder (20) in einer Richtung quer zur Transportrichtung in die Halterungen (25) eingeschoben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer zweiten umlaufenden Transporteinrichtung (4), die parallel zu der ersten angeordnet ist, synchron angetrieben wird und auf der die Beutel (18) aufliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei der die zweite Transporteinrichtung (4) Halterungen (25) für Halteglieder (20) aufweist, die derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie die Beutelstapel (17) zwischen sich einschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit mindestens einer Auflageschiene (11, 13) parallel zu der Transporteinrichtung (1, 4) zur Auflage der Beutel (18).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, bei der der Abstand zwischen der ersten Transporteinrichtung (1) und der Auflageschiene (11, 13) bzw. der zweiten Transporteinrichtung (4) verstellt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Ausschiebeeinrichtung zum Ausschieben der Halteglieder (20) ggf. mit den Beuteln (18).
