Bei einer besonders vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Stanzgitter-Leiterbahnen,
insbesondere mit gebogenen Crimpkontakten und zu den Kontaktpins
passenden Positionen und Abständen vorgefertigt. Dadurch sind nach dem Ausrichten
der Stanzgitterbahnen mehrere Crimpverbindungen mit einem einzigen simultanen
Arbeitsgang erzeugbar. Auf diese Weise lassen sich eine vielpolige Elektronik
oder ein Stecker durch gleichzeitiges Crimpen aller Anschlüsse vorzugsweise an einem
Stanzgitter anschließen. Die Crimpverbindungstechnik ist bevorzugt automatisierbar
und es lassen sich auf einfache Art weitere Komponenten kostengünstig integrieren,
beispielsweise der Anschluß eines Steckers an demselben Stanzgitter. Gehäuses angeordneten Ebene verlaufen. Die Leiterbahnen 10 sind in Form eines
flächigen und abschnittsweise abgewinkelten Stanzgitters 11 ausgebildet. Die Leiterbahnen
10, d.h. die Stanzgitterbahnen, sind im Bereich der Kontaktpins 3 etwa 1,6
mm breit und deren Blechdicke beträgt etwa 0,4 mm. An ihren benachbart zu den
Kontaktpins 3 angeordneten Seiten weisen die Leiterbahnen 10 jeweils Crimpkontakte
12 auf, die mit zwei seitlichen um die Kontaktpins 3 gebogenen Laschen 13 und
14 versehen sind. Die seitlichen Laschen 13 und 14 können beim Herstellen der
Leiterbahnen 10 aus dem Metallblech mit ausgestanzt werden und beim Verbindungsvorgang
um die Kontaktpins 3 gebogen werden. Nachdem die Leiterbahnen 10
mit den jeweiligen Kontaktpins 3 zusammengefügt sind, werden sämtliche Crimpverbindungen

Ausgleichselemente 22 für die Zugentlastung auch schon beim Ausstanzen der Leiterbahn
21 aus dem Stanzblech entstehen, wobei je ein Ausgleichselement 22 zwischen
zwei benachbart angeordneten Laschen 23 und 24 benachbarter Crimpkontakte
25 und 26 angeordnet ist. Die Ausgleichselemente 22 sind dabei mit geringem
Materialverlust ausstanzbar. Zur Erleichterung des Zusammenfügens eines Crimpkontakts
12 mit einem Kontaktpin 3 werden die Laschen 13, 14 vor dem Zusammenfügen
seitlich hochgebogen. Nach dem Zusammenfügen von Kontaktpins 3 und
Crimpkontakten 12, 25, 26 wird die Crimpverbindung mehrerer bzw. aller nebeneinander
angeordneter Leiterbahnen 10, 21 und der dazu gehörenden Kontaktpins 3, 6,
