Claims (9)
- Wärmetauscher, insbesondere beheizbare Walze für das Press-, Trocken- oder Glättwerk einer Maschine zur Papierherstellung oder Behandlung sonstiger Warenbahnen, der wahlweise mit Dampf oder einer Heizflüssigkeit temperiert wird, sowie mit Ventilen zur Steuerung der Wege der Heizmedien,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Betrieb mit Dampf dieser einer Zuleitung (7) zugeführt wird und das Kondensat einer Ableitung (8) entnommen wird, während bei Betrieb mit Heizflüssigkeit diese der Ableitung (8) zugeführt wird und über die Zuleitung (7) abläuft, und daß die Zu- und Ableitung auf ein Ventil (9) führen, das bei Druckbeaufschlagung der Zuleitung (7) die Ableitung (8) sperrt, so daß nur noch Kondensat und/oder Schlupfdampf über einen Kondensatablauf (18) der Ableitung (8) zugeführt wird, und bei Druckbeaufschlagung der Ableitung (8) diese zu einem Stauraum (14) hin öffnet. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zuleitung (7) über den Heizkreislauf des Wärmetauschers mit dem Ventil (9) verbunden ist und die Ableitung (8) direkt auf das Ventil (9) führt. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ventil (9) als Rückschlagventil ausgebildet ist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilkörper (15) des Ventils (9) in einem sich in Abhebrichtung derselben leicht konisch erweiterten Führungsraum (20) geführt ist, daß er topfförmig ausgebildet ist und der vorzugsweise konisch zulaufende Topfboden (21) der Ableitung (8) zugewandt ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilkörper (15) aus einem Material geringen, wesentlich unter 7,85 g/cm3 liegenden spezifischen Gewichtes besteht und korrosionsresistent ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilkörper (15) aus Kunststoff besteht. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Führungsraum (20) des Ventiles (9) aus einem Werkstoff besteht bzw. mit einem solchen ausgekleidet ist, welcher mit seinem Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten dem des Ventilkörpers (15) entspricht bzw. angenähert ist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Führungsraum (20) des Ventiles (9) einen den Ventilkörper (15) in seinem Hub begrenzenden Anschlag (19) aufweist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beweglichen Teile des Ventils derartige Abmessungen aufweisen, daß sie durch die Zuleitung (7) zu Austausch- und/oder Reparaturzwecken ein- bzw. ausbaubar sind.
