Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum automatischen Schneiden von Materialbahnen (3), auf denen einzelne Bilder (30, 31, 32) vorhanden sind, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:maschinelles Lesen von auf die Materialbahn (3) zuvor aufgebrachten Daten (33, 34, 35) bezüglich der auf der Materialbahn (3) vorhandenen Bilder (30, 31, 32),Einstellen von zumindest einer Schneideinrichtung (5, 12) zum Schneiden der Materialbahn (3) entsprechend den ausgelesenen Daten (33, 34, 35) undSchneiden der Materialbahn (3) mit der eingestellten Schneideinrichtung (5, 12).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bilddaten (33, 34, 35) beim Aufbringen der Bilder (30, 31, 32) in deren Umgebung auf die Materialbahn (3) aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Datensatz (33 ,34, 35) für jedes Bild (30, 31, 32) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Datensatz (33, 34, 35) für eine Gruppe von Bildern (30, 31, 32) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Bildende eine maschinell lesbare Bildendmarkierung (36) auf die Materialbahn (3) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie anhand der zuvor ausgelesenen Bilddaten (33, 34, 35) eingestellte Position der Schneideinrichtung (5, 12) zum Schneiden an dem Bildende mit der Bildendmarkierung (36) verglichen wird undbei Feststellung einer Differenz zwischen der eingestellten Position der Schneideinrichtung (5) und der Bildendmarkierung (36) eine Nachregulierung der Einstellung dieser Schneideinrichtung (5) vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bilddaten (33, 34, 35) auf eine bedruck- oder belichtbare Papierbahn (3) aufgedruckt oder aufbelichtet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bilddaten in Gestalt von elektronisch auslesbaren Strichcodes (33, 34, 35) auf die Materialbahn (3) aufgedruckt oder aufbelichtet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei fehlenden Bilddaten auf der Materialbahn (3) oder bei Erkennen eines Lesefehlers eine akustische und/oder visuelle Fehlerwarnung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Temperatur der Materialbahn (3) oder deren Umgebungstemperatur gemessen wird unddie anhand der ausgelesenen Daten erzeugten Steuerungsbefehle für die Schneideinrichtungen (5, 12) entsprechend korrigiert werden, wenn die gemessene Temperatur eine Referenztemperatur um einen gewissen Betrag unter- oder überschreitet.
- Schneidegerät zum Schneiden von Materialbahnen (3) mit darauf vorhandenen Bildern (30, 31, 32), mitzumindest einer motorisch verfahrbaren Schneideinrichtung (5, 12),einer Datenleseeinrichtung (25) zum Lesen von auf der Materialbahn (3) vorhandenen Daten bezüglich der auf der Materialbahn (3) vorhandenen Bilder (30, 31, 32) undeiner Steuereinheit, die die von der Datenleseeinrichtung (25) gelesenen Bilddaten (33, 34, 35) auswertet, in Steuerbefehle für die motorisch angetriebene Schneideinrichtung (5, 12) umwandelt und die Schneideinrichtung (5, 12) entsprechend einstellt.
- Schneidegerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Horizontalschneideinrichtung (12) für Schnitte senkrecht zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Materialbahn (3) und ein oder mehrere Längsschneideinrichtungen (5) für Schnitte parallel zur Materialbahn (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Schneidegerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsschneideinrichtungen (5) unabhängig voneinander senkrecht zur Materialbahn (3) verfahrbar sind.
- Schneidegerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bilddaten auf der Materialbahn (3) als Strichcode (33, 34, 35) aufgebracht sind und die Datenleseeinrichtung ein Strichcodeleser (25) ist.
- Schneidegerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenleseeinrichtung (25) auch eine Bildendmarkierung (36) auf der Materialbahn (3) als solche erkennt.
- Schneidegerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Transporteinrichtung (4, 6) für die Materialbahn (3) vorhanden ist, mit der die Materialbahn (3) an den positionierten Schneideinrichtungen (5, 12) vorbeigeführt wird.
- Schneidegerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Temperaturmeßeinrichtung zum Messen der Materialbahntemperatur oder deren Umgebungstemperatur vorhanden ist.
- Materialbahn (3) mit darauf aufgedruckten oder aufbelichteten Bildern (30, 31, 32) und darauf aufgebrachten maschinell lesbaren Daten (33, 34, 35) bezüglich der Bilder (30, 31, 32).
- Materialbahn nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Papier oder Kunststoffolie besteht.
- Materialbahn nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus belichtetem Fotopapier.
