Abstract

Zur Einstellung des Druckspaltes und gegebenenfalls auch der Anschlagstärke wird bei einem Matrixdrucker, insbes. einem Nadeldrucker, dem Druckkopfhalter (1) ein Tastfinger (10) zugeordnet, der das Lagerspiel zwischen dem Halter (1) des Druckkopfes (2) und seiner Führungswelle (8) erfaßt. Wird beim Anlegen des Druckkopfes (2) gegen das Druckwiderlager (6) oder einen Aufzeichnungsträger (5), der Druckkopfhalter (1) gegenüber der Führungswelle (8) angehoben, so wird durch diese geringe Bewegung über den Tastfinger (10) ein elektrisches Signal ausgelöst. Damit wird die Lage des Druckkopfes (2) bzw. seines Stellantriebes (7) erfaßt. und der Stellantrieb (7) entsprechend der gewünschten Einstellung des Druckkopfes (2) gesteuert.
