die zur Lagerung der Türdrücker 54 bestimmt sind. In
einem ersten Montageschritt werden zunächst die Montagesockel
10 mit ihrer Auflageseite 30 beidseitig an dem
Türblatt 56 aufgesetzt, wobei die Stütznocken 32, 33
formschlüssig in korrespondierende Bohrungen des Türblattes
56 eingreifen. Zur gegenseitigen Verbindung der
Montagesockel 10 werden dann zwei Befestigungsschrauben
58 von den gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Türblatts her
mit ihrem Gewindeschaft 60 in die Befestigungsbohrungen
20 eingeführt und in das Innengewinde 22 der fluchtend
ausgerichteten Befestigungsbohrung 18 des gegenüberliegenden
Montagesockels 10 eingedreht, bis der Schraubenkopf
62 in der Anfasung 26 der Befestigungsbohrung 20
abgestützt ist. Auf diese Weise werden die Montagesokkel
10 gegen das Türblatt 56 geklemmt, während die
Stütznocken 32, 33 eine definierte Montageposition sicherstellen.
In einem nächsten Montageschritt wird der
mit dem Türdrücker 54 bestückte Grundkörper 12 mit seiner
durch das freie Stirnende des Ringteils 38 gebildeten
Anlagefläche 64 so auf die Flanschseite 24 des zugehörigen
Montagesockels 10 aufgesetzt, daß dessen Zentrierzapfen
34 in die Zentrieröffnungen 42 verdrehgesichert
eingreifen. Zur axialen Verschiebesicherung des
Grundkörpers 12 kann dann in einem nächsten Montageschritt
der Überschraubring 14 über das Griffteil 66
des Türdrückers 54 geführt und mit seinem Innengewinde
46 auf das Außengewinde 36 des Montagesockels aufgeschraubt
werden. In dem dadurch hergestellten Verbindungszustand
schließt der Ringstreifen 50 des Überschraubrings
14 bündig an die Stirnwand 40 des Grundkörpers
12 an. Aus Designgründen kann es dabei vorgesehen
sein, daß der Grundkörper 12 und der Überschraubring
14 voneinander verschiedene Farben oder Oberflächenstrukturen

Der zentrale Durchbruch 44 der Stirnwand 40 des Grundkörpers

innenseitig an der Stirnwand 40 des Grundkörpers 12 abgestützt
ist. Dabei greift der Innenzapfen 70 in ein
radial ausgeschnittenes Segment 78 der Sicherungsscheibe
76 ein, wodurch der Drehbereich des Griffteils 66
definiert wird. Zur Betätigung der Schloßfalle ist der
Türdrücker 54 über einen mittels Madenschraube 80 gesicherten
Mehrkantdorn 82 mit einem in der gegenüberliegenden
Rosette 52 gelagerten, nicht dargestellten weiteren
Türdrücker verbunden. In der vorstehend beschriebenen
Anordnung lassen sich die Rosetten 52 auch zur
stirnseitigen Abdeckung eines Türschlosses einsetzen,
wobei der zentrale Durchbruch 44 dann als Profilzylinder-
oder Buntbartloch ausgebildet ist.The

betrifft eine Rosette für einen Türbeschlag mit
einem eine zentrale Durchtrittsöffnung 44 aufweisenden
Grundkörper 12 zur Lagerung eines Türdrückers 54 oder
zur Abdeckung eines Türschlosses. Zur Vereinfachung der
Montage ist ein an der Tür 56 verankerbarer scheibenförmiger
Montagesockel 10 vorgesehen, mit welchem der
Grundkörper 12 an einer Anlagefläche 64 in Eingriff
bringbar und über Verbindungsmittel 34,14 fest verbindbar

- An escutcheon for a door fitting of a door (56) having a base member (12) comprising a central passage opening (44) for mounting a door handle (54) or for covering a door lock, and a disk-shaped mounting base (10), with which the base member (12) can be brought into engagement at a bearing surface and can be securely connected via connecting means (34, 14),
characterised in that the mounting base (10) can be anchored to the door (56) for preassembly,
and in that a screw-over ring (14) which can be screwed onto the mounting base (10) is provided as connecting means, whereby the screw-over ring (14) presses the base member (12) against the assembly base (10) so as to prevent axial displacement. - An escutcheon according to Claim 1,
characterised in that the mounting base (10) constructed as an annular disk has a central opening (16), which is disposed coaxially with the passage opening (44) of the base member (12) in the fastening state, for an operating element (82) of the door fitting and several, preferably two, fastening bores (18, 20), which are disposed distributed in the circumferential direction and eccentrically axially pass through, for receiving fastening screws (58). - An escutcheon according to Claim 2,

characterised in that the central opening (16) of the mounting base (10) has an elliptical contour, and in that the fastening bores (18, 20) are disposed to the side of the central opening (16) on its small elliptical axis. - An escutcheon according to one of Claims 1 to 5,
characterised in that the mounting base (10) is constructed as a diecast part made from aluminium or an aluminium alloy. - An escutcheon according to one of Claims 1 to 6,
characterised in that the mounting base (10) has at least one bearing tappet (32, 33) which protrudes at its supporting side ((30) faced towards the door (56) and can be inserted with form fit into a bore of the door (56). - An escutcheon according to Claim 7,
characterised in that the mounting base (10) has two bearing tappets (32, 33) lying diametrally opposite one another, through each of which a fastening bore (18, 20) axially passes. - An escutcheon according to one of Claims 1 to 8,
characterised in that the mounting base (10) has at least one centring pin (34) as connecting means which axially protrudes at its flange side (24) faced towards the base member (12) and engages with form-fit in an associated centring opening (42) of the base member (12) in the connected state. - An escutcheon according to one of Claims 1 to 9,
characterised in that the screw-over ring (14) engages over the base member (12) at its edge on the visible side. - An escutcheon according to one of Claims 1 to 10,
characterised in that the base member (12) has a ring part (38), which can be placed on the mounting base (10) with a flat bearing surface (64) at the end side, and an end wall (40), which at the visible side covers the clear cross section of the ring part (38) whilst keeping free the central passage opening (44). - An escutcheon according to one of Claims 1 to 11,
characterised in that the passage opening (44) passing through the end wall (40) of the base member (12) is constructed as a mounting bore for the door handle (54) or as a shaped cylindrical or single tumbler hole of the door lock. - An escutcheon according to Claim 11 or 12,
characterised in that the end wall (40) of the base member (12) protrudes like a step axially over the ring part (38),
and in that the screw-over ring (14) has an annular strip (50) on the end side, which at the visible side abuts against the ring part (38) and is attached flush with the surface of the end wall (40). - A door fitting,
characterised by two escutcheons (52) according to one of the preceding claims that are disposed as a pair of escutcheons lying opposite one another on either side of the door (56).
