Abstract
Vorteil: Die Leuchtflächen (7) sind aus allen Blickrichtungen sichtbar.
Description
Bei den heutigen Brandmeldern wird der Alarmzustand (der eingetreten ist, wenn der Brandmelder einen Brand erkannt und an seine Zentrale gemeldet hat) mittels einer roten Leuchtdiode, die an der Außenhaut des Melders, also sichtbar angeordnet ist, punktförmig dargestellt.
Daraus ergibt sich das Problem, daß der Sockel bereits so lagerichtig an der Decke montiert werden muß, daß die LED nach dem Aufsetzen des Melderkopfes in Richtung Raumeingang zeigt. Da die Installationsarbeit des Sockels teilweise von Subunternehmern ausgeführt wird und diese oft nicht auf die Montagerichtung achten, gibt es für den Monteur, der letstlich nur noch den Melderkopf aufsetzen soll, erheblichen Mehraufwand, wenn die Verdrahtung des Sockels wieder gelöst, der Sockel abgenommen, neue Befestigungslöcher lagerichtig gebohrt und der Sockel neu montiert und wieder verdrahtet werden muß.
Dadurch daß bei dem neuen Melder, insbesondere Brandmelder, das zur Leuchtanzeige dienende Licht an kranzförmig um den Melder herum angeordneten Stellen der Außenhaut austreten kann, ist der Alarmzustand des Melders sicher erkennbar unabhängig von der Montagerichtung des Sockels.

Claims (4)
- Melder für Deckenmontage, mit von außen sichtbarem Leuchtanzeiger,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser auf dem im Betrieb sichtbaren Melderoberflächenteil eine oder mehrere kranzförmig angeordnete und in unterschiedliche Richtungen abstrahlende Leuchtflächen (7) aufweist. - Melder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leuchtanzeiger einen oder mehrere Lichtleiter aufweist, die von einer Lichtquelle zur Leuchtfläche beziehungsweise zu den Leuchtflächen (7) führen.
- Melder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leuchtfläche (7) den Melder ringförmig umgibt.
- Melder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Melder einen für die Deckenmontage vorbereiteten Sockel (1) und einen davon lösbaren Melderkopf (3) aufweist und die Leuchtfläche beziehungsweise Leuchtflächen (7) den Melderkopf (3) kranzförmig umgibt beziehungsweise umgeben.
