Description
- le godet et le doigt de renvoi sont montés sur un bras articulé par rapport à un support monté fixe sur le bâti de la machine ;
- l'axe supportant le godet est monté sur le bras par l'intermédiaire de paliers et déborde latéralement par rapport à celui-ci et est équipé, à son extrémité libre, d'un galet d'entraínement qui, en position de travail, s'appuie contre un arbre moteur, s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la machine et commun à toutes les positions de travail qu'elle comporte ;
- le bras articulé est associé à des moyens qui, d'une part, maintiennent le galet d'entraínement en appui, avec une pression réglable, contre l'arbre moteur en fonctionnement normal et, d'autre part, sont neutralisés lorsque le bras articulé est écarté dudit arbre d'entraínement.
Claims (3)
- Dispositif délivreur de fil (1) pour machine textile de filature, moulinage, texturation ou similiares, constitué par un godet ou tambour (2) entraíné positivement en rotation et un doigt de renvoi (3), espacé de la périphérie du godet (2) précité, monté libre en rotation sur un support (4) et dont l'axe est incliné par rapport au plan contenant l'axe du godet (2), le fil à appeler ou délivrer faisant un nombre de tours prédéterminés autour des éléments précités en ayant un parcours en spirale, caractérisé en ce que :le godet (2) et le doigt de renvoi (3) sont montés sur un bras (6) articulé par rapport à un support (7) monté sur le bâti de la machine ;l'axe (8) supportant le godet (2) est monté sur le bras par l'intermédiaire de paliers (9a,9b) et déborde latéralement par rapport à celui-ci et est équipé, à son extrémité libre, d'un galet d'entraínement (12) qui, en position de travail, s'appuie contre un arbre moteur, s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la machine et commun à toutes les positions de travail qu'elle comporte ;le bras articulé (6) est associé à des moyens qui, d'une part, maintiennent le galet d'entraínement (12) en appui, avec une pression réglable, contre l'arbre moteur en fonctionnement normal et, d'autre part, sont neutralisés lorsque le bras articulé est écarté dudit arbre d'entraínement.
- Délivreur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens assurant la pression contre l'arbre moteur sont constitués par un ressort (17) dont une extrémité est solidaire du palier (27) supportant le godet (2) et dont l'autre extrémité est reliée au support fixe monté sur le bâti de la machine, l'axe de pivotement du bras support (6) étant positionné de telle sorte que, en position de travail, le ressort (17) tende à faire plaquer le galet d'entraínement du godet contre l'arbre moteur et, qu'en position relevée, il maintienne le bras support en position écartée dudit arbre moteur.
- Délivreur selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le godet (2) est associé à des moyens de chauffage.
