Abstract

The packaging device comprises a container(1) and a lid (2). The container has at least two compartments (3,4) one of which (3) is contained in one of the other compartments. The cover has sealing means (5) for the contained compartment during placing of the lid on the container. The sealing means consist of one or more protuberances (7) of complementary shape to the internal contour of the upper edge of the contained compartment.

Description

The present invention relates to a device for packaging, especially for food, such as raw vegetables, mini-vegetables or others, accompanied by a seasoning.

However, although more specifically intended for such applications, it can also be used with any other type of products to be kept separate during their storage period.

Currently, in the food sector, we know a very large number of different packaging devices.

Some of them include, two side compartments side by side, obtained in the same preformed sheet so as to condition products intended to be used simultaneously while maintaining them isolated from each other during storage.

However, some of these devices are not necessarily well suited for packaging, on the one hand, a sauce and, on the other hand, solid products, possibly in pieces and / or in leaves such as raw vegetables or mini-vegetables.

Others of these devices are of constitution and / or appearance unsatisfactory exterior.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device packaging which overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks and allows facilitate grouped, but not mixed, storage of natural products different, in particular liquid and / or pasty on the one hand and solid on the other.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that is simple to manufacture and use.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a neat aesthetic packaging device.

The present invention relates to a device for packaging, especially for food, such as raw vegetables, mini-vegetables or others, accompanied by a seasoning.

However, although more specifically intended for such applications, it can also be used with any type of products.

As shown in Figure 1, the packaging according to the invention comprises a container 1 and a cover 2.

Said container consists, for example, of a bowl. It is, in particular, of frustoconical shape with a flat bottom or slightly curved towards the interior, but can naturally take any form in relation to its content.

Said container 1 and said cover 2 are complementary, in particular of round, rectangular, square or other section.

According to the invention, said container 1 comprises at least two compartments 3, 4 of which at least one, said compartment included 3, is contained in the other compartment (s) 4, known as the remaining compartments.

In addition, said cover 2 has means 5 shutter to isolate in a tight manner, in particular with liquids, the or said compartments included 3 of said remaining compartment (s) 4, when placing the lid on the container.

Said cover 2 makes it possible both to ensure the closure of the containing and sealing the included compartment (s) 3 relative to to the remaining compartments 4.

It is thus possible to dispose in a container space saving at least two separate products, one of which can be liquid.

More specifically, the said compartment or compartments 3 are designed to accommodate, directly or indirectly, for example, a liquid or pasty food product, such as seasoning.

As for the remaining compartments, they are provided suitable for accommodate in particular, at least one solid food product, possibly in pieces and / or in sheets such as raw vegetables or mini-vegetables.

According to the illustrated embodiment, the device according to the invention comprises several so-called remaining compartments 4, each said remaining compartment 4 being provided capable of accommodating a food product different.

For this, said remaining compartments 4 are separated, in particular, by total and / or partial walls 6.

As illustrated in FIG. 2, said closure means 5 may be formed by one or more protrusions 7, of shapes complementary to the inner contour of the upper edge of the compartments included 3 with which they are intended to cooperate.

Said protuberance (s) 7 and said compartment (s) included 3 are provided, possibly, tapered and / or frustoconical in order to ensure sealing by friction in particular.

As shown in Figure 3, the walls 6 delimiting between them the remaining compartments 4 define, for example, with the said one or more compartments included 3, a monobloc assembly 8, possibly removable compared to the rest of container 2. Said set 8 has, for example, the shape of a propeller.

According to such an embodiment, the said compartment or compartments included 3 may or may not have a bottom 9.

In the case where the said compartment (s) 3 are not not, in themselves, provided with a bottom, the wall of said container 2, opposite, will be provided with means making it possible to achieve a seal at this level, such as that ring, baffle, or others.

According to another embodiment, not shown, the containing 1 and the walls of all of its compartments 3, 4 form a monobloc assembly, directly obtained after molding.

The remaining compartments 4 could possibly be provided with a bottom wall 20 forming a floor, so as to adapt their volume, for all or part of said remaining compartments.

However, the device according to the invention comprises in in addition, possibly, inviolability means 10, that is to say means which will allow you to view an untimely opening of the device.

The container 1 thus has, for example, a shoulder annular 11 provided, in particular with a rolled bead 14, provided, for example at the end of said shoulder 11 opposite to that cooperating with said containing 1. In this way, between the latter and said rolled bead 14, a groove 15, preventing access to the cover 2 for opening.

More specifically, said cover 2 is provided, in particular, a skirt 12, able to be introduced into said groove 15. The base of said skirt, protected by said rolled bead 14, is thus not attainable.

To allow opening, said rolled bead 14 is provided locally, for example, of a breakable part, not shown, allowing accessing said groove 15 and forming a violation witness.

To improve the closure of container 1, it may be provided, for example, with an extra thickness 13 at its edge upper peripheral opposite the cover 2. Said additional thickness 13 is provided capable of possibly cooperating with said skirt 12, in particular at level of its top.

According to the particular embodiment shown, the container 1 includes a single compartment included 3, of circular section, the remaining compartments 4 being distributed annularly at its periphery For this, they are defined by dividing walls 6 distributed regularly and radially around said included compartment 3.

Naturally, other modes of implementation, within reach skilled in the art, could have been envisaged without departing from the part of the invention.

Packaging device, in particular for food such as raw vegetables, mini-vegetables or others accompanied by a seasoning, comprising a container (1) and a lid (2), characterized in that: said container (1) comprises at least two compartments (3, 4), at least one of which, known as the included compartment (3), is contained in the other compartment (s) (4), called remaining compartments, said cover (2) has shutter means (5) for sealingly isolating said one or more compartments (3) from said remaining compartment (s) (4), when the cover is placed on the container.
