Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shelving system with support rods and shelves, which Fastening devices for attachment to the support rods in different Have heights.
Usually the support rods are combined to support frames, which on the right and are arranged on the left in the corner areas of the rectangular shelves. In the Support rods are drilled in different heights, in which Fasteners such as trunnions can be inserted into the shelves hold different heights.
French patent No. 480 614 shows a shelving system in which the shelves have no fastening devices. Instead, these are transversal Crossbars placed, which at their ends each have a pair that can be compressed using screws, have arched jaws. For carrying a shelf two crossbars must be stretched between two supporting rods, so that each shelf is supported by four bars running in the area of its corners becomes. Fastening a shelf board is very complex since there are two for each board Trusses with two clamps each can be attached to two posts and to each other must be aligned in height.
French Patent No. 1,524,363 shows a shelving system in which each shelf at all four corners, that is, at the end areas of its opposite one another Front edges, a fastening device a pair with compressible by screws, has curved jaws. This document discloses in essential the preamble of claim 1. Also here is the attachment of a board quite complex, since four pairs of jaws on four support rods have to be pushed on and clamped on.
The object of the invention is to provide a novel shelving system in which the Height of the shelves is easily adjustable and in which the Position of the shelves of adjacent shelf sections in a certain Angular range is adjustable.
This object is achieved in that the support rods are cylindrical are and that each shelf in the middle of its two front edges one Fastening device, consisting of a pair parallel from the front edge outstanding clamping bars, which one of the two clamping bars contracting clamping screw are interconnected, with between a support rod is clamped in each clamping rod pair.
The clamping system chosen instead of the holes and trunnion for fixing the Shelf boards allow clamping at any height on the support rods. The Shelf boards, starting from the support rods, can be in any radial Directions extend because the cross section of the cylindrical support rods is round and thus allows clamping in all positions.
The shelving system according to the invention enables completely new variants of the Shelf assembly. For example, a central support rods can be provided by which consists of several (e.g. three or five) shelf sections in a radial shape extend outside. An outer support rod is assigned to each shelf section the outer front edges of the shelves are clamped. Of course it is also possible to have long shelf units of several consecutive sections to realize where the central axes of the shelves are consecutive Shelf sections run along any polyline. So it can Shelf unit, for example, follow a curved building wall.
The inner surfaces of the clamping rods that bear against the cylindrical support rod should be as straight as possible, so that they can be easily extended over the circumference of the Support rod can be pushed. In this way there is an attachment and an It is possible to remove a shelf at any point with the shelf installed. At Clamping bars with rounded jaws make this more difficult. Either a Clamping bar completely detached from the shelf and after inserting the shelf bar be reattached in the curve of the other clamp bar. Alternatively, you can the shelf can be inserted from above, with the support rod in each other opposite curves of the two clamping rods is pushed. It's closed recognize that clamping bars with straight inner surfaces clearly the simplest Allow shelf mounting. The outside with respect to the support rods directed surface of the clamping bars can have any shape.
The clamping bars are preferably on the opposite end edges the shelves to each other by at least the amount of the height of the clamping bars transferred. For example, the clamping bars on the right front edge of the Shelf boards are inserted in the upper half of the shelf board and on the left Front edge in the lower half. In this way it is possible to have side by side Shelf sections to arrange the shelves on the same level. The Clamping devices fastened to the same support rod are in relation to one another offset that they do not disturb each other.
The clamping screw should be between the front edges of the shelves and the Support rods may be arranged. One on the side opposite the front edges the clamping screw lying on the support rods would make the arrangement side by side Obstruct shelves in the same level. Also about the arrangement To allow adjacent shelves at a height should be the length the free ends of the clamping bars beyond the clamping screws may be less than that Diameter of the support rods so that the free ends do not over the support rod protrude and bump into the neighboring shelf. The minimum length of the free ends must correspond to the radius of the support rods, so that clamping done by the clamping rods on two outer surface lines of the support rod.
The easiest way to enable the clamping is that a clamping rod of a Clamping rod pair one through hole for the clamping screw and the other Clamping rod has a threaded hole. The screw head of the clamping screw lies beyond the through hole on the first clamping rod and pulls it when screwing the clamping screw into the threaded hole in the direction of second clamping rod.
If the shelves have sufficient material strength, it is possible to screw each clamp rod with only a single fastening screw. This should be in the middle of the section of the Clamping rod can be arranged so that forces and moments on the connection act between the shelf and the clamping bar, be transferred safely. A Fastening screw in one end area of the clamping bar tends to tear out.
A simple and functional attachment is made by drilling a through hole in the shelf and a threaded hole in the clamp bar, in the screw can be screwed in.
Although the central clamping by two clamping bars in the middle of the Shelf edges seem unstable at first glance, it has been shown to be very can absorb high forces. In a shelving system where the support rod is made of a steel tube with 40 mm outer diameter is formed and the clamping rods formed from stainless square steel bars with an edge length of 10 mm which are embedded in the shelves over a length of 60 mm and the free ends of which protrude about 45 mm from the shelf level can Shelf boards can easily be loaded with a weight of 80 kg.
In addition to conventional fastening methods for fastening the support rods (e.g. screwing to the wall, floor or ceiling of a room) becomes an advantageous Easy to install and rebuild clamping system proposed. This is the support rod is designed as a threaded spindle and comprises a tubular casing with a Internal thread and at least one spindle rod that fits into the internal thread of the Jacket tube is screwed. At the free end of the spindle rod and at the a support plate is arranged opposite the free end of the support rod, on the one hand against the floor and on the other hand against the ceiling of a room can be created. These support rods, designed as expansion spindles, can be attached to any Locations of the room can be fixed regardless of the ceiling height. For Adaptation of the shelving system to different room heights are only different to use long jacket pipes.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, all elements of the Stainless steel support bar. The internal thread is in the casing tube inserted threaded bush formed. This threaded bush points at your Outer circumference on a radial shoulder against which the annular end face of the Jacket tube is applied. A small radial can be in the wall of the threaded bush Threaded bore can be arranged in which a grub screw for fixing the in the threaded bush screwed screw rod is screwed.
The end of the spindle rod located in the casing tube should be fitted with a guide washer be provided, which is guided essentially free of play in the casing tube. In this way, the spindle rod is both in the area of the internal thread and in the area of the guide disk in the radial direction within the casing tube held and can reliably absorb lateral forces or moments.
The support plates of the support rods should each be pivotable via ball joints be attached at the ends. In this way, bumps in the ceiling and the ground, and it is ensured that the Extend the support rods in the vertical direction.

The

Spindelstange 8 versehen. In an embodiment of the
The
The clamping
It can be seen that two attached side by side to the

A threaded
The
In the lower area of the threaded
